Clean, convenient, and a good stopover point

We stayed here for one night as we crossed France towards the coast and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is lovely. It is very modern with good sized rooms. Secure parking is also available. The hotel restaurant is beautiful. Sadly we were staying on a Sunday when it was not open for dinner but we certainly enjoyed an excellent breakfast on Monday morning. The hotel receptionist was very helpful providing recommendations for restaurants which were open. It is a short walk into Limoges and I was actually disappointed that we were not staying an extra day here!

Stayed here for a few nights as a base to visit the region. Hotel is located a few mins walk from the centre, plenty of restuartants, bars etc all nearby. Checkin was simple and staff all very polite and fluent in English. Room was standard, no bottled water or tea/coffee but did the job. Breakfast was good, decent chocie to set you up for the day.

Never been a fan of hotel chains, especially in large multiple properties such as the Accor group. Ibis style in Limoges changed my mind. Axel and his young colleagues were welcoming and our room in this tastefully converted old factory spotless. € 100 might seem a bit steep for one night in a ‘budget’ hotel,but taking in to account the extensive buffet breakfast (continually restocked ,tidied and cleaned by a very hard working lady. Bravo!) the price seems reasonable. Limoges is not the most attractive of places( Ok, I’m spoilt,I come from Bourges) and in the constant April rain even less so, making our stay in this chain hotel probably the high spot!

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfortable. They have a very nice and complete breakfast. The hotel is well located on walking distance from the center of Limoges Good value for money

Very friendly check in. Room spascious and airy. Good location for a walk into town. Dog friendly, we had breakfast in the Resturant with him, which was nice. Comfy bed, and very quiet, had a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend as the city is beautiful.

The hotel overall was very good, with a couple of drawbacks. The hotel was situated near enough to the centre to be walkable, but far enough out not to be disturbed by the nightlife. The room and indeed the common areas were spotless and, for an Ibis Styles, very roomy. Plenty of room for luggage. Buffet style breakfast - which, as with all Styles - was free and plentiful and regularly replenished. The rooms were well sound insulated from the road. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. They sorted out the room issue smoothly, and ordered us a taxi on the last day with zero fuss. So, what were the drawbacks? The room we were originally allocated had a key control literally hanging from the wall. The receptionist tried to repair it, but ended up offering us an alternative room on a lower floor - all that was on offer. This was noisier, as it was adjacent to the lift. The other issue was the air conditioning. Ours was fine, but the one adjacent was very noisy and sounded like a car engine running through the night - obviously hadn’t been serviced for some time. The a/c also had no instructions - it was a blank white screen adjacent to one side of the bed. Some instructions would have been useful.

We enjoyed our short stay here, a very good comfortable spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great varied choice at breakfast and freshly squeezed orange as well. We stayed here after a delayed flight, parking was very useful and we really enjoyed the meal, we had in the evening. We would stay again.

New clean hotel for a one night stop in Limoges. Reception staff were very helpful and our room was spotless. Breakfast was disappointing as although there was plenty of food on offer there were very long queues for coffee and I lost my appetite after a mouse ran past us... a real shame as it was a great option prior to that.

Quite central hotel, good secure carpark. Decent breakfast buffet, usual Ibis styles affair. Couldn't find a decent restaurant in the town, so ate in the hotel restaurant, it was as expected, fine for the price. Staff not particularly friendly, that aside, nice room, very clean. Would use hotel again.

This hotel is in a great city centre location within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. This new hotel is bright with a spacious reception, bar area and large dining room. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. Our bedroom was spotless and a decent size and the in-room facilities were good. We did not eat in the hotel in the evening but the breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent quality. Well worth including in the booking. There is a (chargeable) secure underground car park just down the street which has direct access to the hotel reception. No complaints at all - an enjoyable stay. Recommended
