The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view. This hotel was my first choice for my business trip to Lhasa. The location is excellent, and transportation is convenient. The hotel has disinfection services, and the smart robot delivers items. The front desk staff was very polite and friendly, and the service was exceptional. The room facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable, which put me at ease. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning and greeted me warmly, making me feel the warmth of a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious steamed buns and delicious ******* noodles, and fruit. There's also a self-service laundry room with a dryer. Highly recommended, absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend the breakfast.

This is a very good hotel, clean, well-equipped, with floor heating, many restaurants around, and the boss has a good service attitude.

There is a wetland park nearby. It is a bit uncomfortable to go to Lhasa when you first arrive. It is very comfortable to walk at night.

Affordable, far beyond expectations! The room is spacious and bright, sanitary without dead ends, and the bedding is comfortable. The design of the room is warm and the details are in place. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is plenty of hot water. Staying comfortable is a pleasant experience. Great value for money, five-star praise!

This hotel has to go about 20 kilometers past the Potala Palace. The sanitary environment is suffocating. All night, I smelled the urine of the toilet and couldn't sleep well. The parking lot is mixed with the construction garbage car repair department behind the hotel.

Very close to the Potala Palace, right next to it. There are many photography and travel agencies in the building, together with the rooms. There is oxygen supply and floor heating. There is a parking lot, but there are many people living there, so the parking space is very tight! The security guard will help you find a place, but it is difficult to park in many places, and other cars can easily bump into each other when they enter. It is a very old-fashioned hotel. The kind that will check the room when you check out. If the towels are dirty, you will be fined. I saw someone dirty the towel and fined 15

We stayed for three nights, two adults and one child. The standard 1.35m beds were a bit small, but we were able to combine two beds to create a super-large one, which was perfect for preventing our child from falling off – a really brilliant solution! The housekeeping staff cleaned the room promptly every day and replenished supplies thoroughly. After a long day of sightseeing, we were offered complimentary disposable saffron foot baths when we returned in the evening. Considering showering might not always be advisable in Lhasa due to altitude concerns, these foot baths were a true godsend and incredibly thoughtful! All rooms provide 24-hour diffused oxygen, and a standard personal oxygen supply is also complimentary. However, high-flow oxygen requires scanning a QR code for payment. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's just a 5-minute walk to Potala Palace Square. There's a park, airport shuttle stop, bus stops, and a shopping mall nearby, plus a large supermarket directly opposite. Jokhang Temple and Ramoche Temple are also just over a 10-minute walk away. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing I had a baby, they even gifted us a complimentary breakfast – I'm so grateful for that! All the service staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. Before we checked out, the front desk also gave a small gift to my child, who was absolutely delighted. The driver providing the hotel's drop-off service also kindly helped us with our luggage, which was very much appreciated. Overall, our entire experience was exceptionally good. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Lhasa.

這次入住桔子酒店的體驗超出預期，必須要給大家分享這份藏在細節裏的温暖～ 從踏入大堂的那一刻起，工作人員就帶着真誠的笑容迎上來，幫忙拿行李、尤其是前台桔子妹妹麗麗的服務特別周到，辦理完入住，還貼心地提醒我們高原地區的注意事項（比如多喝水、別劇烈運動）。房間佈置得乾淨温馨，床品軟乎乎的，加濕器、氧氣機一應俱全（這點對初到拉薩的人太重要了！）。尤其要誇的是酒店的早餐，除了常規的粥粉面，還有現做的三明治和特色橙皮牛肉麪，味道地道又暖胃～ 希望快快上華住app吧！

The most surprising thing is that the buffet breakfast is rich and delicious. I rarely eat vegetables in Lhasa before, but the hotel cooks different dishes every day. So I stayed for five consecutive days. There were small gifts and lucky bags when I checked in, and fruit biscuits were given to me on the way when I left the hotel. I was really touched. Next time I come to Lhasa, this is my first choice.
