Hotels in Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple, Lhasa

The room is very big, the materials are very good, the bed is very comfortable, I just arrived by train, this bed is a lifesaver. 2 meters wide, easy to flip. There are many small restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to walk to the Jokhang Temple in about 10 minutes. The invincible big window is very comfortable. Also, they just upgraded my room because there were not many guests. The front desk service attitude is very good👌I plan to go out for a while and come back to stay for two days.

Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and both the air conditioning and hot water supply worked perfectly. Environment: The hotel's surroundings are absolutely beautiful and pleasant, featuring lovely gardens that create a truly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was fresh and neat. Overall: We were impressed with every aspect of this hotel and highly recommend staying here.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, location was superb and we got some nice welcome fruit and souvenir from their 2/Fl shop it was a great experience. 小周 even took time to show us around the best spots around the hotel.

The sheets and quilts in the room are replaced in time. The bathroom is clean and odorless. The public areas are also cleaned very diligently. Warm and thoughtful: most of the staff at the hotel are hospitable and can take the initiative to help tourists, such as helping with luggage, introducing surrounding attractions and food.

I saw this place online for a holiday trip and decided to check in. It didn't disappoint me. First of all, I really like the environment here. It's clean and sanitary. It's equipped with disposable towels and bath towels, which is very considerate. Secondly, the service is also very good. Free laundry, oxygen supply and humidification are turned on in advance (the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Tibet, the oxygen diffusion is in place, and the humidification is also in place). Lhasa accommodation ceiling! The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk to Barkhor Street, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room are facing the Jokhang Temple, sitting on the bay window drinking sweet tea to see the street view, too comfortable. The bedding is soft, the floor heating is sufficient, the night is not cold, the staff is on call, and I also booked a Tibetan meal for me, it must be five stars! The treasure viewing hotel in Lhasa accidentally dug! I didn't expect much, but I was shocked when I entered the room. The snow-capped mountains + the double view of the Potala Palace, the view was wide enough to scream. The humidifier and oxygen supply machine in the room are all equipped, and even the sink has intimate plateau skin care tips. The details are full. I don't want to leave after staying for 3 days! It is too important to choose a hotel in Lhasa! This viewing room knows tourists too well. The large viewing platform can take a panoramic view of the Potala Palace, and you can make a film without crowding the scenic spot. The high back was a bit uncomfortable. The front desk immediately sent oxygen pipes and warm water. It also helped me adjust the room temperature. The service was more intimate than the family. I recommended it to all friends who came to Lhasa! The highlights of the trip to Lhasa are all in this hotel! The high-rise viewing room I live in, the Potala Palace is super sacred under the blue sky and white clouds during the day, the room lights are dimmed at night, and the night view of the palace outside the window is too atmospheric. The facilities are new, clean and clean, and you can walk to many attractions, saving time and worry!

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

The service is the worst of all hotels where we have stayed worldwide. It is worse than even any 1-star rated hotel in China. Right from the entry, the check in is chaotic. No one attends to luggage. It takes 2 hours to do formalities and return passports. In Room dining, the order is a huge challenge. They take 2 hours to take order and deliver the food after 1 hour, when they serve only the food in a plate. No seperate dishes or any cutliaries (spoon or fork or chopsticks ... nothing provided). When you point these out, they say sorry and take another 1 hour to bring plates, chop sticks etc. BY now 5 hours passed and food is so cold and not eatable. This is a regular scenario ... repeated 3 times, I.e. everything we placed an order. It's a huge challenge. On amenities, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. If you just take a turn while sleeping, the other person is sure to wake up. They call king size bed .. it's two seperate beds kept side by side with cheap quality spring mattress. On breakfast, it's very limited and every day same menu. No varieties, the food taste is horrible as well. Extremely bad experience.for the price that is paid. The feeling has been a complete waste of money, sleepless nights, staying hugry and waiting for food post order for 5.hours every time we ordered room dining. The same situation in restaurent as well.

This is a very Tibetan-style hotel, clean, tidy, peaceful and prosperous, and it’s easy to get there. It's close to Barkhor Street and it was a very good experience. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The boss and staff are also very nice. They helped us carry our big luggage to the 3rd floor. Thank you boss.

Upon entering the hotel, staff immediately offered us Rhodiola tea, which is said to help alleviate altitude sickness. The hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, featuring *******, Chinese, and Western options. There's also a cafe on the first floor that offers a wide variety of meals. A self-service laundry room is conveniently located on the 4th floor, equipped with detergent, hangers, and dryers – a real plus for travelers. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service, providing free drop-offs to city attractions such as Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka. Additionally, they offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for the train station and the airport bus station. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, attending to virtually all our requests. We are very grateful to everyone who assisted us during our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Lhasa!
