The experience of staying in this hotel is amazing! As soon as I entered the door, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, the check-in procedure was quick, and they also introduced the surrounding fun places. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a super good sleep. The location is also great, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is convenient to travel. I will choose this place next time I travel!

I saw this place online for a holiday trip and decided to check in. It didn't disappoint me. First of all, I really like the environment here. It's clean and sanitary. It's equipped with disposable towels and bath towels, which is very considerate. Secondly, the service is also very good. Free laundry, oxygen supply and humidification are turned on in advance (the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Tibet, the oxygen diffusion is in place, and the humidification is also in place). The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

Upon entering the hotel, staff immediately offered us Rhodiola tea, which is said to help alleviate altitude sickness. The hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, featuring *******, Chinese, and Western options. There's also a cafe on the first floor that offers a wide variety of meals. A self-service laundry room is conveniently located on the 4th floor, equipped with detergent, hangers, and dryers – a real plus for travelers. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service, providing free drop-offs to city attractions such as Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka. Additionally, they offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for the train station and the airport bus station. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, attending to virtually all our requests. We are very grateful to everyone who assisted us during our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Lhasa!

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

They provide a 24-hour diffuse oxygen supply service, complete with nasal cannulas, which is incredibly helpful and often essential in a high-altitude location like Tibet. Complimentary Rhodiola rosea hot drink is available around the clock – I literally drank it like water! 😄 The cleanliness was spotless, and the environment was comfortable and inviting. Service was exceptional and very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, offering delicious options such as rice noodles, eggs, and a variety of beverages. The location is also incredibly convenient, being very close to Jokhang Temple, and Potala Palace is just a short taxi ride away.

For a self-driving trip to Lhasa, the Intercity Hotel Lhasa is my top choice! I've stayed there before, so I trust it! Parking is very convenient; you can drive right up to the door and park there. When I got out of the car, the hotel receptionist came to help with my luggage—so thoughtful! The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, and the front desk staff is welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze! The front desk service was excellent, welcoming, and helpful. They even helped deliver my luggage to my room. The room was comfortable, and there was complimentary Perrier and beer in the refrigerator! I also had a view of the Potala Palace—a truly amazing experience! I extended my stay, and the housekeeper's service was impeccable. She was incredibly attentive and kept my room spotless and tidy. It was thoughtful and heartwarming. I would definitely stay here again. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who value quality and a friendly, personal touch. It's a truly trustworthy choice! I'll definitely be supporting it!
