I was originally worried that the state-owned hotel facilities were old, but that was not the case. They should have been regularly repaired. The toilet is the latest intelligent warm toilet. The toiletries are all in disposable mid-to-high-end small bottles. The hot water for showers is large. On the morning of check-in, the hotel called to confirm and made it clear how many people would be staying. Standing at the front desk for a long time can't solve it. At first, I was told that I would cancel the order and then book the Tibetan-style building, but I couldn’t book it on the same day, and the Tibetan-style building was not displayed on the platform. Later, he said that he could coordinate a room without air conditioning. It would be freezing in Lhasa in winter? After more than half an hour, it still couldn't be solved. I finally said, if it doesn't work, please give me an extra bed in the double room, so that I can sleep comfortably. It turned out that I was asked to add money myself, which was simply ridiculous. Finally, we were told to call the manager to apply and asked us to wait in the lobby for a while. Finally, after waiting for an hour, we were told that we could add an extra bed for free. 2. Room facilities are relatively old. It is no different from all hotels with place name + hotel + VIP building. 3. The breakfast was terrible, totally sorry for the quality of the hotel.

Traveling with my parents, we booked a room with a king bed and a twin bed, but they were not arranged on the first floor. The corridor on the twin bed floor always smelled of cigarettes. The first day was provided until 7 o'clock, and the second day was gone at 6 o'clock. The official time is 6 o'clock. The dry and wet separated bathroom, that is, the bathroom has no door, which is actually a bit embarrassing sometimes. The biggest problem is that the room is too hot... Because there is no cooling demand in summer, the air conditioner can only ventilate at most. The window can be opened but the wind cannot come in. The room facing south is still very hot until the evening. Thank you for the sun in Lhasa. Fruits and snacks are provided at the door, which is life-saving. The tea provided is of good quality, and the breakfast is OK. It has what it should have. I especially praise the tsampa, but the waiter needs to make it now, and someone needs to ask. The room service is better than the front desk. All in all, it's a state-owned hotel with no special services, but the overall price/performance ratio is good.

The service attitude is warm, thoughtful and considerate, which adds warmth to this trip to Lhasa. The breakfast dining environment is spacious, and everyone from the front desk to the restaurant manager is very service-conscious. The St. Regis I stayed in before had arrogant and chaotic service, which made people speechless. In the future, I will only choose Shangri-La when I come to Lhasa.

The room was clean and the parking lot was spacious. I am not good at parking, so there are dedicated parking attendants. The front desk service was very good, and they upgraded our room. Although the room was a bit old, fortunately, someone came immediately when there was a problem, and the problem was handled in a timely manner.
