Everything is good.
But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover,
my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking.
Very bad experience.

Schlaflos in Leipzig.
Hotel ist schön, macht guten Eindruck, Lage ist top! Zimmer war sauber und gut, nur leider keine Minibar, hatten allerdings nur ein Queensize Room.
Was gar nicht geht: Klimaanlage defekt oder Leistung einfach grottig. Ende Juni war das einfach schlecht, Zimmer hat sich auf 26 Grad aufgeheizt und das Fenster konnte man nur kippen. Schlaflose Nacht. Um 1 Uhr an der Rezeption angerufen und mir wurde gesagt das wäre halt so. Die Decken wären irgendwelche Klimadecken und man kann nur um 3 Grad zur Außentemperatur verändern. Die ganze Nacht kaum geschlafen, beim Checkout erneut angesprochen. „Hätten sie anrufen können dann hätten sie einen Ventilator bekommen“. Als ich gesagt habe das ich das habe wurde sich nur entschuldigt und dann einen schönen Start in die Woche gewünscht. Sehr unglücklich. Da steht ein schlafloser Mensch vor ihnen und sie wünschen einen schönen Start in die Woche. Uff. Keine Entschädigung, kein nettes Angebot. Nix.
Am Vorabend an der Bar war das Personal ähnlich. Man wurde plötzlich gegen 23 Uhr an nem Samstag abkassiert. Keine Letzte Runde. 5 Minuten später ging das Licht aus. Von einem Hotel der Klassenordnung und bei dem Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr Service und eine Klima die funktioniert. Hat mir den ganzen Aufenthalt versaut weil ich am Tag Energie gebraucht hätte. Achja. An dem Tag hatte ich sogar Geburtstag. Was auch keinem aufgefallen ist. Schade, das kenne ich von einem Westin Hotel anders.
