The A/C is not working during our stay. The hotel should have informed us before we booked the room. Clean room.

Could not sleep well as air conditioning does not work in entire hotel. Provided us with fans but the windows are locked and the whole room was hot with fan causing hot air inside.  My room basin has a large crack across  and I need to report as soon as I check in and saw in case - charge me without my fault ..it made me busy after check in going up and down as no telephone in the room …they refused to change the room but admitted it happened previously , they don’t repair it and gave the room to me and did not explain what was inside !  Breakfast is good but finish at 9:30 am and if you are late , will miss breakfast.

Service was well above average for the establishment. Breakfast was good, considering it was included in the price. No real amenities, except a bar. Unfortunately we went on one of the hottest days of the year and the air con was broken. But they put a fan in the room. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. All facilities in the room were spotless. Bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was hard and not pleasant as a bed.

Should provide a fridge and few bottles of water  Nice location but not for a quiet holiday if a football game is on

A nice view of the stadium through the window was truly a game changer even though breakfast was pathetic along with no air conditioning in a very old conventional setup room

Just wish the plug sockets were near the mirrors to help with styling and getting ready! Everything else was great!

The hotel was nice and clean rooms were OK sofa bed was like sleeping on concrete breakfast was OK could of done with a bit more breakfast items

Perfect hotel for what we needed. Parking is great and the location looking out on the king power even if your not a fan was nice. Was a little warm but the hotel supplied a fan in the room that worked nicely along with he ac.
