Great location, with shops nearby and only a fifteen minute walk into the city centre. There is a (discounted, pay) car park next to the hotel and a few free roadside parking spaces a 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The shower water in the bathroom was all over the floor, the heater shut down automatically, there were a lot of hairs on the quilt, it felt like the quilt hadn't been changed, and the overall hygiene felt not that clean.

The staff were so very nice, nothing was too much trouble, we arrived with two small dogs and they were treated like royalty, Kim and Maria behind reception and also Maria who served us in the buffet were so nice and even though Maria was off duty (from the buffet in the morning)that evening she helped Kim out when I had a problem with the tv, and they sorted a new one out straight away.   We fully intend to use the hotel again next time we are traveling that way. The hotel have exceptional great staff

The location is convenient to go to the town centre, it is around 15-20minutes by walking. The breakfast is really good and delicious. The receptionist is very friendly and polite and the staff member at the restaurant is very nice. It is a decent size of room but it is not very clean, we found rubbish on the floor and in the bathroom. Overall, I am quite happy with my stay so I will stay again if I go to Leeds again.
