Great location. The room is spacious with a nice lake view, but they do not provide bottled water.

An excellent hotel with a fantastic location! Most importantly, the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, always resolving issues promptly. A special shoutout to Bilaly at the reception – he is such a kind and welcoming person. His attentive care left a deep impression on us. ☺️☺️☺️

We were given rooms on 2/F. My friends had to upgrade to the 5/F by paying but they had no other room on the day I checked in, ending up I was stuck in a shabby room on 2/F with sink not working. They did change the room to 4/F which was much decent on my second and third night. Actually the reception staff who received us were not helpful and offered us nothing but asked us to cancel the bookings if we were not satisfied with the rooms! However some staff did make the effort and tried to accommodate our requests. Hope they should renovate the second floor to provide rooms up to standard

Great location,just a few walking from train station, breakfast here so good and staffs are all friendly.

Very convenient. Just cross a street and it is the main train station at lausanne. Can easily find food and walkable to the art museum. Recommended.

A great location right across from the train station. It offers easy access to attractions around Lausanne and is recommended for those planning to stay in Lausanne for 1 to 2 nights. *There is no water provided, you can get some in the hotel lobby to drink.

Location is really convenient as it is directly opposite Lausanne train station. The hotel is also comfortable and nice to stay in.

Very conveniently placed next to the train station and the subway. Ideal if you don’t want to carry your luggage a in the small but hilly city that Lausanne is. The neighborhood itself isn’t great but you are minutes away by walking from nicer streets

The price is reasonable and room is neat and nice with an open view. The staff's service is professional. The check in and check out procedures are simple and silky smooth. There is a central railway station nearby and the location is moderate. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants close to the hotel and dining is convenient.

Superb location next to train station. A bit of noises but acceptable. Next to McD and Starbucks

Nice rooms clean and comfortable

The hotel is in an excellent location, right outside the train station, and it's very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel also gives you a city tourist card, which allows you to take the subway, bus, boat, and museum for free or with discounts. The front desk was very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of practical information. They also upgraded us to a view room, which was very spacious and you could see Lake Geneva in the distance. It was very beautiful when the sun came out

The location is excellent. The room facilities are ok. The breakfast is good, with stewed vegetables.

Very convenient location because it is opposite the station but in fact the rooms overlooking the station are noisy. The bedding is nice but a little too soft. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The continental breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. A hotel to recommend but ask for a room on the courtyard.
