Hotel was clean and had classic design! Hotel amenities was superb! Breakfast was a good spread, fresh food and so many options! We stayed on a high floor and get to see the sunrise! Hotel is also nearby a mall full of eateries.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

The hotel location is very good. The room and bathroom are large and spacious. I recommend it.

I was really surprised how and why this hotel was rated so high. Even though I chose a non-smoking room online, we were directed to a smoking room. There was no obvious handle in the room, but the real shock was the belt of the bathrobe left on the bed. There was a wet belt and it clearly didn't smell like detergent. It smelled like wet water. So the previous customer's bathrobe must have been wrapped as it was. In terms of service, everything was cut down as much as possible. For example, there weren't even proper napkins, there was a napkin holder like you see in restaurants. Also, shower gel and shampoo were avoided as much as possible. For example, there was a bathtub but not even proper bath foam. There was only 1 head towel. Moreover, it was a superior room that accommodated 2 people. It was as if it was built to say that it had the smallest parking lot possible. It was hard to find a place. Frankly, I don't think this hotel, which I booked by looking at Google reviews, deserves such a high score and high price. As a result, I was not satisfied with the hotel at all.

The hotel is located in the city, with convenient transportation and many shops around. It is also very convenient for shopping and eating. The room is clean and sanitary, and the breakfast is rich in variety. The overall stay is good.

Very bad, Be careful if you paid through the application, they again ask for a card and withhold the amount of the stay, and do not change the currency to lira, a complete scam, and if you are careful then they apologize that they didn’t notice. They deducted the day of my stay from my card, despite the fact that I paid through the application and will wait for a refund...
