Gold Coast Hotel and Casino Reviews

Clean room, comfy bed. Service was a bit off. Casino and elevators smell like cigarettes. But the room was nice and made it worth it. Decent view from 9th floor.

Astonishingly good for the price and it's location. A little bit old but still in good shape. Easy to walk to Caesars Palace on the strip. But missing a kettle.

No water, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no slippers, for a Vegas hotel.  I was asked to deposit 100$, and it turned out it will be returned a few days after i would check out.

I had a wonderful sleep while staying at your hotel = the room temperature was perfect for me; the air conditioning on/ off @ perfect timing. The blanket/ pillows are perfectly comfortable for me. The only pity was the shower head = cannot be adjusted to my liking; the water flow is somewhat less than perfect.  Check in/ checkout were very efficient. See you in the future.

Service Staff not friendly and unable to resolve simple issues. Has an attitudes. Upset and disappointed with the whole experiences. Making inconveniences to guest on check in process. Room amenities too basic.

The room was spacious and nice. Room service was also efficient. Distance was a bit further away from the main Las Vegas area so it was quite inconvenient. But there are a lot of fast food restaurants within a walking distance. Casino gets very smelly too with cigarettes smell

The hotel is off the strip it takes good 20-25 mins to reach the strip walking… hotel rooms are clean and good .. there was no bathtub though … The wifi was very weak and not working most of the time.

The hotel was nice and the staff polite but the free WiFi was terrible. It’s incredible that in 2025, hotels still have slow unreliable WiFi.

$45 resort fee for Internet that didn’t work in the room. This place is also super smoky after 9pm and the sports book closes at 10.

Not very happy with new policy to only make beds every third day. The reason to get away for a weekend is to not have to worry about things like that. A fresh made bed and towels everyday makes the average couple fell special. What do your exorbitant facility and resort fees cover? You have already got rid of your courtesy bus and "arrival coupons". This all sends the message that you are nickel and diming your loyal customers! We didn't mind being off strip when you had the courtesy bus because we could easily and affordably travel between casino and strip. But getting rid of that service along with the other above mentioned services, maybe it's time to look for another more convenient facility?

Gold Coast Hotel offers a nice and down home stay at a more reasonable price than places downtown. One will need a car to go to Fremont Street and places. Gold Coast Casino lacks that glamour, but has enough options for gamblimg. We found the service at breakfast in Cornerstone restaurant somewhat sluggish, although still okay. Who needs a fancier clientele, can cross the street on foot to a neighboring hotel.

This is an old hotel. I didn’t expect too much when I booked it as well. However I was quite angry when I couldn’t use the coupons and I needed to pay for the resort fee. There were no restrictions written on the coupons so I ordered a lot of food to meet the requirement. Then they told me I ordered discounted food so we couldn’t use the coupon!! I don’t blame the restaurant but the hotel should mention that!! Don’t bring your kids here as well because you can smell the smoke everywhere.

Trip was beautiful- hotel guest were friendly and interactive. Food was great.

It was a comfortable place to stay. The bell desk took our bags up to our room and when we were leaving they kept our bags until we got a ride. The people were very friendly.
