I booked this hotel. I was very surprised when I woke up the following day, I had several bites on my body, palms, legs, body and it was very itchy. As I need to check out the room quickly so I checked out from the room tv. I did not inform the hotel about the matter. Initially, I thought it was mosquitoes bites but later when I saw the pharmacy, they informed it was bed bites. I was rather shocked and disappointed, the hotel that I had booked have bed bites……

Wonderful experience! Could get a complimentary upgrade to a premium suite. Best stay ever ! The casino is very exciting !

The room is clean, spacious, and not expensive. It's convenient to go anywhere. The parking fee is 18, but I have earned it back haha

Rooms are spacious, facilities are great. Service could be better, I arrived after check out time (3pm) and the room wasn't ready until 5pm.

Room is large and spacious, slightly dated but clean. Shower water pressure is abit too strong.

The hotel has all you need in Vegas, and the reception gave us connected family rooms with good view.

Large hotel room with no basic amenities. No complimentary bottled water provided. Requested for kettle to boil water but was told need to pay USD 11.95 to rent a kettle!! No tea bags nor mugs provided. Disappointed!

Sphere view room is insane

Very cozy hotel and check in and out was fast. Highly recommended when visiting Vegas. However, room condition is not really great and start to show it’s age. Can be improved!

The room looks a little dated albeit clean and cosy. It is also very spacious as you can see from the photos. However, there were no bottled water and toothbrushes / toothpaste provided. Bathroom slippers and shampoo / conditioner / body wash were available though. Location wise, it is located towards the end of the trip so it’s not the most convenient when exploring the strip, but Palazzo itself has its beautiful Grand Canal Shoppes as well as a Walgreens so it is not all that bad either. Parking was great, no fuss and plenty of lots available. Overall, a great experience at Palazzo! Absolutely worth the money.

We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time 3pm but the room wasn’t available. So they just gave me the key cards and said they would send me a text of my room number when it’s ready. As I didn’t receive the text after an hour, I went back to the check in counter and needed to line up for 20mins to get my room number. After we got into the room around 4:45pm, we had to wait for another 25 mins to get our luggage delivered to our room. after we got changed and got to the pool around 5:25pm, the staff there just told us that the pool is closing at 5:50pm (it’s a bit strange as the bell boy who delivered our luggage to us suggested us visiting the pool as the weather was so nice but didn’t tell us that the pool was closing that soon). The pool is the main reason for us to choose the Palazzo and we were only able to spend less than half an hour there. my son was very disappointed about that. The room is spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved, e.g. the bedsheet was quite dirty and with little blood stein on it.
