3-Star Hotels in Lapu-Lapu City

I had such an enjoyable stay at Vivien’s Hotel during my 2-day, 1-night layover in Cebu City. The location was perfect, just minutes from the airport, which made my travel so much easier. My room was clean, cozy, and a great place to relax after a long day. What really made the stay special was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I also loved the smooth airport pick-up and drop-off service—it took all the stress out of getting around. The only con is that there’s no lift. So, if you have trouble taking the stairs, I recommend informing the management in advance so they can book you on a lower floor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Vivien’s Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially for a comfortable and convenient layover!

This resort is average. The staff are lovely and very helpful, but it looks better in the pictures. We couldn't swim at the 'beach' and the facilities are somewhat dated. Moreover, it is somewhat overpriced for what you get. I don't mind paying good money for a good stay, but I'm not sure that the food, though good, is worth what one is charged. We went to lunch at Azure by Crimson Resort and our bill was only slightly higher than at this resort. Considering that Crimson is a luxury resort and Azure has a 5-star rating, it seems a bit off. Also, be aware that you will be charged a 2000peso deposit per night. It is also very far from everything else and the facilities close early. You are not allowed to order food on Grab or bring in any other food from the outside unless you're willing to pay 35% 'corkage fee'. A bit ridiculous. Also, they had a zumba class on the lawn next to the restaurant and played really loud music before 7am on a Saturday. It was really annoying. It wasn't a bad stay. It was average. .

It is a new open hotel, so there is no information and I leave a review. Once the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. But the location is 2-4 of the usual rate even if you call a taxi If you don't pay the ship, the call taxi will not come to the hotel. The situation is similar even if the grab is not often done to Cebu City, it would not be a big problem

Rented a villa, got lit up by the electricity being wired backwards in 75%+ of the outlets. (Villa 27?) Staff was awesome. Place is a bit dated and needs to be modernized. Pool is okay but needs work. Breakfast was cooked to order and was great. Room service was excellent and portions were large. Seems no one visits here in the rainy season and that's a shame.

Very good location for access to airport with a free shuttle bus service. Clean and tidy very good quality for the price. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance

Every thing is good and smooth especially us a seniors travelers, the staff are accommodating they also offer a free shuttle service going to airport as we are also traveling to other places. There breakfast food are delicious, we enjoy it a lot.

I love this hotel, it's a close walking distance to the malls, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. This hotel also offers free airport transfers not to mention that they are also 10 minutes away from Mactan Cebu International Airport. This hotel can easily accommodate a large group. When we stayed there we stayed at a Family Room/Barkada Room good for 8 persons. Their bunk beds are equipped with safe deposiit box for each of the occupants. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you want to be close to the airport. Thanks Felicity Island Hotel! I and my husband decided to have a short 1 day break away from the busy city life of Cebu and tried Palmbeach. We found it very old resort yet it offered playhouse for kids and game room for adult. There was a small pool jacuzzi-size with 2feet as its height to which not harder to watch kids went swimming. The beach flooring was slimy as there were alot of greens thus not too enticing to swim. We were set to stay at the 4th floor to which my husband commented like a hospital in the hallway 😅 There was a connecting door to another room were the guests were so loud and made us not safe. Going home, it was so hard to find taxi and you have to add P200 just to provide you one. The service was ok and it was a good stay overall.

I booked a ”studio” front desk informed me that all studios face the main road (could be very noisy?),luckily I was let to a superior room (facing the back, and they are quiet). Then, next day, I moved to premium (back building, super quiet but floor 2 rooms are way too small, better ”insist” on either ground or 3rd floor). The biggest dsappointment for me was (expecting to make heavy use of..) the swimming pool: So tiny and so shallow! when there definitely is ample space for a more serious pool (the one they have is borderline a ”joke”). Buffet breakfast is fine (even good, by filipino standards).

I rented two additional bath towels for 200 pesos, and the cleaning fee for the slightly stained sheets from menstruation was 150 pesos. When I checked out early in the morning, the doorman was friendly enough to stop a taxi for me and even negotiate the fare for me.
