The service from beginning to end was impeccable. We booked three beautiful rooms with ocean front view. The views was fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean. Every staff member we contact, especially the front desk (Mr Phan Minh Vuong, Ms. Bùi Thị Hiền) were kind, professional and extremely helpful. We especially like the beach, the ability to eat lunch and dinner right at the ocean front. All the young men and women working there were always helpful and offer some good tips and places to visit. We really enjoy our stay here at Lan Rừng Resort. The night front desk attendant (Nguyễn Minh Lân) was very kind and able to arrange the transportation and extremely helpful. The server at the bartender was very attentive and friendly. We have a wonderful trip and will not hesitate to visit again and make even more great memories We definitely stay again! Thank you the Mr. Vương Phan, you’re making a big difference for Lan Rung !!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations, the moment we walked in, they had a welcome drink for us, the rooms were clean and the view was incredible, beach and pool view. The staff was good, they have English speaking staff and the manager of the restaurant buffet James was so helpful, he even arrange our driver back to Ho Chi Minh, it was really hard to get a ride back due to the Chinese New Years and he went up and above his job description. We will definitely come back, longer this this! Thank you everyone at Bella vista.
