Good Location but Fair Service

There are two Jok (rice porridge) shops nearby that are popular with locals, so we enjoyed breakfast there. There is also a coin laundry nearby, so the hotel is in a good location.

The property is a bit dated and the room shows signs of time and poor maintenance as can be seen in the photos. The television does not work, the wardrobe has no hangers and the shower water is cold, but there is an old telephone in the room. The bed linen is clean and the rooms on the upper floors are accessible by elevator.

***The location is very good, but the cleanliness is not good at all. The furniture is very old, probably more than 50 years old, very old, the fan is very loud and scary. The bathroom is next to the hallway, making people walking by see that we use the bathroom from the light that is on. The bed is hard, the blanket is dirty, itchy when covered, there are red rashes in spots. The window is very dirty, can't close, the smell of bird droppings comes in. The bathroom floor is very dirty. Overall, only the location is good. There is an elevator, but the room is "not" good at all. I apologize for the honest review, but I want it to be improved. ****

It's a reasonable hotel for the price. Good for budget travelers. The reception staff are friendly. There is a coffee service (10TB) at the front desk.

The atmosphere is okay, but the air conditioner is unusually loud. The bed is facing the wrong direction.

The location is excellent, and the price is the lowest among all the en suite bathrooms, but the facilities are a bit old.

The room is worth the price. One light in the room is broken, only one plug works, the other two are broken, and I found hair and fur stuck in the blanket. The room is not soundproof, but it's good that it's near Kad Kong Ta, you can walk there. The room is cheap and has parking.

Hotel not convincing. Contrary to what was indicated I did not have a TV in the room (I do not care because I do not watch it), no wifi in the room and especially cold showers for 2 days. It feels good but still we appreciate the hot water. Dirty walls and many small ants have invaded the place. At night they climb on us. Otherwise bedding rather good. Fan a little noisy but nothing really surprising. Overall everything is old and it is necessary to do a refresh. No fridge in the room.

It is not far from the city center. There are many nearby tourist attractions. There is not a lot of parking space.

I stayed for 1 night. The price is pocket-friendly. It is an old hotel. The cleanliness is considered good. It is near the walking street. In the evening, you can stop by to buy food conveniently. If I go to Lampang, I will stop by again.
