The grounds are spectacular. There are outdoor areas to sit and relax to the sound of a babbling brook. The room had beautiful old wood floors, great shower, and air conditioning. Pierre, at the front desk, was very welcoming. He made us feel at home.

We had lunch here for a special occasion but were under-impressed. The setting is lovely with a shady terrace and a gorgeous view. However we found the staff to be either aloof or obsequious- they just didn’t hit the right mark. The description of the food by the waiter at each course was learnt and garbled - and really rather meaningless. We had a starter of asparagus and smoked trout which was delicious and before this we had some delicious amuse-bouches on the house. It was the main that was disappointing - my porcelette was undercooked and in parts still raw and therefore inedible ( I live in France and like the flash cooking of meat, but undercooked pork is never acceptable) I should really have sent it back. It was bland and for a Michelin restaurant uninspiring. It was served with a purée de pommes de terre - very traditional but cloyingly thick which I didn’t enjoy. The house wine at 10€ a glass was over-priced and uninteresting.

We enjoyed a delightful couple of nights in this beautiful setting. We were made to feel quickly welcome and were very well looked after throughout our stay. The restaurant was full each night despite it being so early in the season and we were glad to have booked ourselves in. The food and wine were delicious and plentiful and I was really well catered for as a vegetarian.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful setting, charming family-run hotel, lovely rooms with very tasteful contemporary decor, friendly staff. Sadly the heated outdoor pool was far too cold to use. Our big regret was not booking dinner (especially because of the beautiful terrace) and by time we wanted to there were no tables left. But after eating dinner elsewhere (very few options in the area, fyi) we came back for dessert when tables had opened. Will highly recommend this hotel to everyone we know!

Very nice home. The room is not very big unlike the bed. Of remarkable quality. The view from the window is obscured by foliage. The silence is royal. The hardwood floors are beautiful. The breakfast is quite ordinary, especially the quality of products such as jams, milk, fruit juices

Let's not sulk our pleasure, the experience and the good will of this owner family allow us to have a good time at the Pont de l'Ouysse. A friendly welcome, a pretty and comfortable room and sometimes a pleasant view. But the starred table is nondescript and the breakfast totally neglected (fruit juices, industrial cheeses and dairy products).

A little paradise nestled in a green setting, quiet and secluded. The establishment is perfectly maintained and everything is done to have a delicious time there; the professional and perfect welcome, the comfortable rooms decorated with taste and warmth, the superb swimming pool, the family atmosphere, and the starred restaurant with its fantastic terrace! And for a very good quality-price ratio. A wonderful place to which I already dream of returning… Thank you to the owners and the team, our stay was perfect!⭐️

To treat yourself... which begins with a "house" cocktail made of champagne and walnut liqueur... then a sumptuous meal in accordance with the classification in the guide... The places are neat, the staff affable without excess and the wine from "PECHARMANT" perfectly selected…

What a sweet parenthesis! The place is magical The rooms, the terrace under the trees, the swimming pool, the sound of running water... the breathtaking view of Belcastel... The hotel is simply splendid and the restaurant a pure delight Thank you to the whole team for this sweet moment

Points positifs : le cadre qui est un vrai écrin de douceur de vivre et le préposé à la réception qui est tout à fait charmant et attentionné. Points négatifs : cuisine vraiment insipide, nous avons vainement cherché l'étoile au fond de notre assiette (d'autant plus que cela faisait 10 jours que nous mangions dans des restaurants étoilés ... nous avions des points de comparaison). L'hôtel qui ferme complètement pendant notre séjour. Certes, nous en avions été avertis mais à ce point là ! Tout est éteint, juste une lumière au dessus de la porte d'entrée (affreusement lugubre). Même pas un gardien de nuit. Pas possible d'obtenir ne fut-ce qu'une bouteille d'eau et tout ça dans un 4 étoiles !?! Point TRES négatif : le comportement hautain des propriétaires. Pas un sourire, pas une attention, on n'a vraiment l'impression qu'on dérange. Le jour de notre départ nous étions à moins d'un mètre de l'un des propriétaires occupés à charger nos bagages, ce monsieur n'a pas daigné lever la tête de son portable pour nous souhaiter une bonne route, vraiment comme si nous étions transparents ! Si cette famille en a marre de tenir cet établissement et des clients qu'ils le vendent mais afficher un tel mépris du client est difficilement supportable.

Un dépaysement total dans un cadre magnifique. Accueil chaleureux dans cet hôtel datant de 1884. C est dire l.investissement des propriétaires. Chambre supérieure sur parquet ancien qui donne du cachet. Sdb fonctionnelle climatisation et balcon avec table et chaises. Piscine agréable par temps chaud transats et des ânes qui nous font un coucou. Bons produits au petit déjeuner. Ne pas manquer de déjeuner ou dîner au restaurant tout est succulent et le personnel aux petits soins. Dur de partir mais nous reviendrons 😀

Tout va bien au pont de l’ouysse : les chambres sont extrêmement confortables, la salle de bain avec tout le confort dont on a envie. Le restaurant est délicieux, servi avec le sourire et le tempo idéal. L’ambiance est juste comme on aime sur la terrasse ombragée et joliment éclairée le soir. Pas de tapage, cuisine pour gourmets. L´accueil est joyeux mais discret, vous l'aurez compris: nous avons vraiment aimé ce lieu enchanteur.

notre chambre etait absolument miniscule a tel point qu'il nous fallit enjamber la valise pour arriver dans le lits. la sdb vraiment tres bien. pour le petit dejeuner, rien a lui reprocher mais sincerement j'avais le meme la semaine derniere a Novotel a Grenoble ( qui n'est pas un 4 etoiles). j'aurais bien donne mon avis au momebt de regler la note...mais on ne nous l'a meme pas demande. pas grand chose a reprocher a cette hotel mais on n'a juste pas compris les 4 etoiles.

Une excellente table dans un cadre magnifique. Une cuisine raffinée recherchée mais en ne perdant pas les racines traditionnelles de la famille. Un service correct de qualité. Un moment d'exception à vivre et revivre... Je conseille ce lieu à tous les amateurs de gastronomie.
