This hotel is fine. It has a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast buffet. It’s convenient for the subway or the large mall but you don’t get much of a sense of Kunming there.

This hotel is amazing, one of the best experience of all our trips around China. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. Breakfast was perfectly fine with a mixture of Chinese and western options. We had originally booked a deluxe queen room but the AC wasn’t working properly and the room became stuffy upon our arrival. We asked for help to fix it but the hotel offered us even a better solution. We were upgraded to a king suite, much bigger than our original booked room. This was a very generous offer. We will definitely come back to this hotel again in future.

The room is clean, spacious and bright, with a great view. The service staff is enthusiastic and proactive, helping with luggage, and providing afternoon tea. It is a great stay experience.

The front desk service was great, because we checked in after 10 o'clock, the hotel also upgraded our room type. The room was clean and tidy, without any odor. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied!

The room is big and located in the commercial center. It's close to Haihong and Haigeng by taxi. Unfortunately, the equipment is a bit old, the air conditioner is noisy, and the bathroom light will suddenly go out like energy saving, and it went out several times in two days. I left my clothes in the room, but no one reminded me. I called and they sent them back. The things in my pocket are all there. The service is OK
