Stayed here during MWC2025, due to proximity to Fira Gran Via. However had a ginormous cockroach running around on my floor and panicked. Also it was too cold inside with poor ventilation. Overpriced due to the peak season.

I want to thank and leave a good review of the hotel where the Russian receptionist Katerina works. It was important to me when I found out from the reviews, when choosing a hotel, that she is very attentive and ready to help in any situation . Katerina was very helpful and I felt supported in a place I don’t know. When travelling this is important. The location is very good, 5 minutes to the subway station, 15-18 minutes to the exhibition hall, the environment is very good, the front desk is always on duty, but there is no heating, the quilt is a little thin, there is air conditioning in the summer, which is quite good, and it is a bit cold in the winter. If you live here for a long time, it will be troublesome to wash and hang clothes, as they are difficult to dry. Most of the rooms have only one double bed. Room 2 and Room 17 are triple rooms with two relatively large double beds, which can accommodate two men, one each. It is much cheaper to renew in person at the front desk than to order online. The overall sound insulation is not very good, and you can hear the sound of water when taking a shower next door or upstairs. Very spacious, large area, comfortable living.

The overall room environment is OK, with European style, and the front desk clerk is very friendly. We were on a business trip and it was relatively quiet to sleep at night.

Honestly, my husband and I had a good weekend, really comfortable bed, clean room, however the only downside was that we had a sink for 2 because the second one didn't work because it was a little clogged and leaking. But otherwise the area is very quiet and well located
