The room really clean and it was really a great stay. The hotel also have free shuttle from/to hotel to the nearest station.

Very nice and quite comfy with beautiful rooms. We had a spacious executive room, with all comfort and amenities. The hotel also has rental bicycles and a shuttle minibus to the city center. Our stay was really good there, will book again! I

It's an impressive hotel! Attentive service staff who can speak fluent English are always ready to assist in any way. Partager room is large and comfy with all the necessities provided including a capsule coffee machine and tea set. There are also multiple restaurants to choose from in the hotel varying in cuisines, however, some do require a day reservation in advance, or you can opt for the room service if you are feeling cosy for the day. They also provide a shuttle bus service to Karasuma Oike station on a schedule (about twice every hour) and the journey takes around 7 minutes. Really pleased with the experienced, will definitely book again whenever I am back in Kyoto!

We had such a lovely stay here! Staffs are extremely friendly and the room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable!

Looks like a 5 star hotel. There's a choice of either Japanese or American breakfast. Overall services is awesome, suitable for family stay in a single room. Only setback is that car park is chargable ¥1500 per day for hotel guest.

Excellent Hotel!

This is my fifth time staying here, and I'm always very satisfied. The hospitality is excellent, and they speak English and Chinese. The food at this hotel is delicious, but not too expensive. There are many shuttle buses, and the Imperial Palace is nearby, so you won't have any trouble sightseeing. It's great!

1: The hotel is quiet and comfortable 2: Convenient parking for self-driving, it is better to park underground. Just swipe the parking card at the doorman before going out! 3: The room is large and the bath water is soothing. 4: The guy No. 5 at the front desk is working hard to learn Chinese!

The environment and facilities are good. The location is a bit remote. The surprise is the matcha equipment and step-by-step instructions. It is really a surprise to make matcha by yourself. In addition, the waiter has a good attitude and is well staffed.

Kyoto is really a place that makes people nostalgic. The hotel is exquisite and clean, and the service is also good. This time, there are elders on the trip. The elders always say that they are not used to eating. It is great that there is Chinese food in the hotel. Order a few dishes, warm up a pot of rice wine, and finally see their smiling faces! Breakfast is divided into Japanese and Western styles. Japanese breakfast is a set meal, and Western breakfast is a buffet, respectively in different restaurants. Young people choose Japanese style to feel the elegance of Kyoto. Elders choose Western style and choose at will. The hotel is very close to the Imperial Garden, more than 10 minutes walk away. The original choice here is because it is convenient to park and not far from Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. We are going to Tenmangu Shrine to visit the market once a month.
