I absolutely love this hotel. I’d stay here for weeks if I needed to. The hot spring was amazing. The staff was amazing. The entire place was a dream. Not one complaint. I would absolutely book here again.

The location is very convenient as it is close to Kyoto JR station. Our room has a good street view, a very pleasant experience!

First time that I have osen hotel that do not serve any drink nor snake after the hot spring! I stayed in one of the corner room which is a big disappointment. The room is much smaller than what I would expected. However, the lighting is good. Breakfast is also disappointed as well. I booked because I read about the recommendation. But the tofu hot pot is terrible. In fact the whole presentation and taste of it does not worth with the money!! Location is great. Easily to find and is in walkable distance from lots of attractions.

Our family really enjoyed Japanese home style breakfast meals every morning while we were staying. So cozy and roomy and a quiet room with daily hot spring experience!!!!

Friendly location and nice room

We stayed in the onsen bath room .. spacious and clean! The hotel is so conveniently located and staff is polite and prompt!! The public bath was quite crowded in the Saturday evening when we visited, other than that, all good.

Staying for 2 night in Kyoto before going back to Osaka. Good location and near train station. Love the indoor onsen and outdoor onsen. Very rejuvenating. Hope to come back again other times.
