We love this property for its special characteristics and its location.

The room is big enough and well-equipped. The laundry service is an advantage so you don't have to bring too many clothes. The service is also good and the transportation is convenient. A B&B-style hotel with spacious rooms and a common area with microwaves, ice machines, washing machines, comics area, etc. It is very convenient to walk to Ninsanzaka and Kiyomizu Temple, and there is a convenience store not far away

The room was generally OK. Daily cleaning only involved taking out the trash and changing towels. The bed sheets were not cleaned. There was an ice machine and microwave on the second floor of the hotel. The location was close to Ninenzaka and Kenkakuji Temple. It was not far from Hanami-koji. A quilt could be added to the tatami area.

Because I wanted to go to Ninenzaka early to take photos, I chose this relatively close B&B to experience it. It is very close to Yasaka Tower. The path outside the B&B is Yasaka-dori, and you can directly see Yasaka Tower. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk there. It is very convenient to get up early to check in and take photos. When I checked out, I left something at the B&B. I contacted the front desk and they were very active and enthusiastic to help find and report, and finally got back the lost items. If you are checking in very late, please let the hotel know and they will send you instructions for self-check-in. The rooms have everything, a very comfortable and spacious room. There are many shops around the hotel: 7even, family mart, etc. There are also many cafes. A very useful bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.

It is very close to Kiyomizu Temple and Ninnenzaka, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. There is a place to eat behind the hotel, but remember to make a reservation! Although the room is small, it has everything it should have. The toilet and bathroom are separated, and the dry and wet areas are well separated. In addition, the hotel is far from the subway station. You can only take a taxi from Kyoto Station to the hotel, because you can't get on the bus with luggage~

It's a bit troublesome not to have breakfast. The room is quite big, but the location is quite remote. It's a long way to walk to the subway, but the bus station is closer. They only collect garbage and change towels every day.

I took a taxi based on the address on the hotel confirmation letter. The local driver drove there wrong. Check-in at the hotel is at 4:00 and you have to check out at 10:00 in the morning. The hotel facilities are old, the bedding is average, and it is relatively clean. One adult can bring two For children, I added a tatami bed and two suitcases, which were barely packed. The location is good. You can walk to the surrounding attractions. The Chinese lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I encountered a typhoon the next day and wanted to stay one more night. The front desk of the hotel cannot make reservations. It can only be booked on the online platform. The same room type is 400 more expensive. After making the reservation, it was told that there were no rooms and only suites were available for 4,000 per night. So I gave up decisively.

The hotel has washing machines, microwaves, etc. You can also borrow comics. I like this hotel very much. It's not a scam. It looks the same as what the hotel sent.
