A good location, unfortunately staff not attentive in service. Must go down twice when room key not working and only told to wait outside the room for housekeeping staff to open the door.

The pool was very dirty. I dunno it's the help keeper do their stuff or not. There's lot of dead insects and hair in the water. I gave 1 of 5 stars to these. Very awful!

Spend one night here because of wedding. Actually this hotel is lack of maitenance. Even though riverview from my room is a good spot, swimming pool is poor. My kids can not swim because it is very dirty. When I call receptionis, there is no response at all. What a pity. Also there is no disinfectan even inside or outside the lift. I have to ask for the soap too.

Overall, it's OK, equivalent to a two-star old-fashioned business hotel in China. There are banks, hospitals, KFC, McDonald's, pizza shops nearby, a large shopping mall and a medium-sized supermarket not far away.
