We stayed 3 nights and really had a good experience. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area of Kyoto, right next to Sanjo shopping street that has many convenience stores and dining options. Bus stops are just 5 minutes away. The staff was there when we arrived, speaks really good English and was very kind at all times.
Our room was spotless and neat, bright and had heating, hot water, kettle, safety box, towels and many toiletries. We could sleep really well as mattresses and pillows were comfy and thankfully there was no noise during the night. We would stay here again in future without any doubt.

Superb! I like the room very modern and spacious. Very clean and comfy also. Accessible to convenience stores and supermarkets. Will book this hotel again :) the staffs are accommodated also

Nice hotel, close to Nijo castle and a few subway lines. Quick check-in and check-out. Stuff at the front desk is really nice and helpful. A room is very clean and warm. Will stay again while in Kyoto

All was excellent although washroom is little small just the drawback is they don't give housekeeping service but, I think its normal in a medium range hotel at Japan.

The hotel location was amazing. It was just next to the Nijo Castle which was also a very nice place. The staff was helpful and provided a very good service. The room was clean and we had plenty space for 2. Greatly recommend this hotel if you are to travel in Kyoto. It was also very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Very close to few train station as well. Thank you!

Easy to check-in, clean, it works with passwords so no need to worry about keys, great location near the Kyoto Palace. I walked everywhere from there.

The location is very close to the Nijo castle and it's nice simple please to stay. All automated and self check in and out. Pretty cool. See the key is also QR code which is generated with you check in.

Check-in to the hotel takes place independently. But surprisingly, after registration, you need to pay taxes for each day. Not much, but not pleasant considering the conditions of the sale. We rested together for 4 nights. The first room smelled terrible and I asked her to replace it, we were moved to the next room after the employee flew off with someone to coordinate something on the phone. But the new room wasn't clean either. There was a lot of dust on the wall behind the TV and cleaning was done only once in 4 nights. Further, I had to ask the receptionist for all the amenities like dental abacuses, combs and even pajamas myself. In general, I do not understand why they charged us an additional tax at a time when a room is not cheap if the hotel is practically full of self-service. And it should be added, for all the untidiness, the room is large enough for two and one large suitcase. And unfortunately, the hotel was designed poorly. Most of the windows, like ours, are not real. They literally go out into the gap between the neighboring building and yours.

Convenient location, however beware that this is an entirely self service hotel. There is no staff to ask questions to, the rooms don’t get cleaned, new towels don’t get provided. We stayed for 3 nights and not once were we given clean towels, even after catching the cleaning lady and specifically asking her to provide towels to our room. I would not recommend this hotel.

So easy to check in. Rooms were great, new and updated. Good location. Check out the creme brulee donuts in the arcade if you stay.
