Much dust in the room, the kettle is very dirty inside. The tv was set at the wrong direction that you can’t watch it on the bed. The window can’t be open. The location wasn’t very good but it reflected on the room rate and still acceptable. The storage luggage service has lots of room to improved.

Nice location near river walk and station. Room was small though nice. Shower was nice though the hot worker did not work completely. The self service check in didn’t work and it would have been more efficient if the staff checked me in.

I’ve been in worse places, but this wasn’t the greatest either. I had a private space with a desk and bed and bathroom, however the bed took up 90% of the room and the bathroom was sort of complete unit that was installed into the room. Made the whole bathroom a foot higher up than the rest of the room.

Super affordable and clean. You stay here to rest quietly after a long day. Pack light as pajamas are included for the evening, and there’s a washer/dryer onsite.

It’s good location for visiting in Kiyomizu area. It can walk in there also to Kyoto station. One nearest train to Fusemi Imari in 7 minutes. There are have a nice cafe with Kampgawa river side nearby.

Overall stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There is microwave and fridge. We could smell cigarette smoke from the corridor in the non-smoking room.

They don't clean under the beds and the first night I woke up with a cockroach on my bed near my face. They did give me a free night in recompense but I would not stay here again probably.

I love the location. It is right next to the river but not too noisy. Many japanese residence nearby. The room is small, but has everything needed. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel is nice and clean, main issue is the location. It's not ideally located for tourists.

If you wanna go to bars or clubs at night, this location is not good.

Although it takes15~20 minutes on foot from JR 京都駅 / Kyoto station, its cozy room was really comfortable :)
