Great location as walking distance to several famous sites and rail station is nearby . Staff is patient and helpful , always accommodating my request of changing small notes . Clean , quiet and was surprised to see Yuzu bath salts for bath relaxation. Strongly recommended!

Staff are friendly, Location of Hotel is convenient near subway line & convenient store nearby which you can just walk out. Hotel is clean also.

The hotel’s style is nice, it got the Kyoto vibe. But I constantly felt something was bating in bed, might be some louse, I am not sure. The staff was not very helpful, I asked a staff for help making a call to the restaurant as the restaurant staff doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Japanese. The staff refused to help, how mean!

Recommended hotel when you want to be close to Narita Airport. A hotel shuttle bus will send you conveniently. It is very clean, and the staff are professionals.

Was asked to pay extra ¥1200 upon check in which was not stayed in the terms and conditions. Room was small. Dust blew out from the aircon air vent. Highlighted to the staff and they only cleaned it on the next day. To our dismay, it was not thoroughly cleaned. Nevertheless, the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Location wise was good. Near to a lot of convenient stores and restaurant. It is a nice hotel to stay overall.
