This hotel has bedbugs. I got biten all over my body, and front desk just said: “I’m so sorry” when I reported the issue. Very bad experience.

The location was very convenient. I easily navigated the public transport nearby. All provided amenities were average as in other hotels in Japan. In general, I didn’t have any issues here.

The hotel is located two minutes from the metro station, the location is great! There is a combi across the street. Clean, comfortable, very comfortable pillow and blanket, which is rare for this type of hotel, a nice view from the window. You can rent a bike right at the reception. In short, a great hotel.

The hotel has dirty floors, which spoils the overall impression of the stay. The room and the hallway are dirty. The rooms are cleaned once every 3 days, and every day the floor is filled with bags of dirty linen and garbage. The internet in the room was also very bad. The staff is responsive.

Very satisfied with the hotel's service I think the accommodation conditions are very good for this price I will consider booking this hotel again in the future

Very clean and good service

It was a typical business hotel, and the amenities were placed in front of the front desk and you had to take them yourself. There is also a free ice machine in the hotel, but it was inconvenient to take the ice to the room because you had to put it in a small paper cup. I would like it to be improved.

It was wider than I thought! It was clean and it was nice to wake up in the morning and see the Japanese streets through the window!
