Quiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food. We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner.

Have everything you possible wanted in a hotel when you go for vacation. Reception so attentive and assisted in all our request. Would surely recommend anyone who is coming Kyotango to stay. Colin Ang

Great breakfast

Probably few people are bored enough to hang out in this place. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, and it is particularly boring. It is a 50-minute drive from Kinosaki Onsen (also quite boring).

The blanket and pillow were clean and the breakfast was neat. The parking lot was spacious and it was a quiet neighborhood so I didn't have high expectations. It was cleaner and better than a downtown hotel.

I think the staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a hotel in this area, I recommend this place.

The environment is beautiful and quiet, there is free parking, it is very convenient, and the front desk service is very good

釣りに利用しました。 とても快適で特に朝食が素晴らしいです ヘルシーなメニュー構成が嬉しいですね また利用します。

全体的ににとっても綺麗で清潔感がありました、特に朝ご飯のビュッフェは身体に優しい物ばかりで種類も多く、全部美味しかったですが特に白米が美味しくて大満足でした。ただ、大浴場のシャワーが４つしかなくて時間帯的に混み合っていたので浴室内で待たないといけなかったのは少し不便でした。
