The family came out to play, the room was OK, there was free parking downstairs, the front desk service was good, told us that the nearby horse food was good, we walked past, the taste was very good, and finally I hope the hotel will add bath sandals and slippers, breakfast is good, but the restaurant area is too small, It was too crowded in the morning.

A very old hotel, very small TV (guess is a 21') given the room size ration. Light switches are not centralised, need to walk around the whole room to off all lights. Requested for high floor in reservation but was assigned lower. Was woken up by car horns around 7+am, requested for higher floor room the next day but given a 'roll eye' attitude. Disappoitment for a Grand Park group.

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel stay for all.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

Excellent service from a top class hotel. Most notable were service staff Suri and Jason when we arrived early in the morning, tired from a long flight. They were flexible in terms of early check-in availability and helping us settled in quickly. Also special mention to Luffy and his colleagues who sorted out our WiFi connectivity issues even after his working hours. Facilities like the gym, indoor swimming pool were great, as you would expect from a Sofitel. All in our family enjoyed our stay very much.
