The room is very beautiful, decorated in red and black tones. The room is large and has a beautiful view. The equipment is complete. There is an impressive breakfast and welcome fruit. The hotel is convenient to travel to various tourist attractions. The staff is very good. We are impressed and highly recommended. For anyone looking for a stylish hotel near tourist attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Beautiful view from our room. Awesome, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast spread. Super helpful and friendly staff. Good location with lots of shops and eating places.

Excellent service by Radisson Red - love the room, the AI/robot efficiency in delivering room amenities, the special touch by the crew, and the afternoon tea and night supper. Super recommended for any visitor to Kunming!

The location is good and quiet. Very near to cuihu. Can walk from Kunming old street about 20 mins. The front desk staffs are all very friendly. I like the big laundry room. They have 2 washers and dryer. The hotel is very clean and big. Overalls stay is good.

Close to major sights, bit of a walk from old street but it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Staff is very nice and sent me my shirt via SF when I left it in the room. Dining and snacks are plentiful and delicious, the views are spectacular and the room was really relaxing and spacious. A great stay overall!

We had a fabulous stay in Kunming with Radisson Red. Staff were polite, helpful and responsive. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Came with free Landry use. It was also easy to order didi whenever we go out. Good location. Kudos to the breakfast spread, we love the variety and freshness. Overall, we are very pleased with this hotel selection. Thank you!

The room is awesome and everything is well thought out except there is no bidet. The staff Ryan was very helpful and assisted us with many things like transport and even provided us with zip lock bags. His service was outstanding. Breakfast was good too.. they have free washing machine and dryer and their staff will even assist to help you fold. Will return again to stay.

The stay is excellent. I would like to give extra marks to the front desk staff Ryan is very helpful and his service is excellent! He provide extra mile services for us as foreign tourists. Well done.

First time in kunming and stayed at Radisson Hotel. Perfect location, friendly staffs. Walking distance to green lake and restaurants / cafes everywhere. The room is perfect for couple / solo travelers. Overall it’s nice stay at the hotel.

The staff are very accommodating. Our flight at 1:00am but check in was at 14:00 and we were very late. The staff were really friendly and efficient with the checking in process. The 2 receptionist spoke English. The room is spacious with great amenities and Dyson hair dryer. Water and rose moon cakes were provided on upon our welcome. The AC is great, the shower water pressure is amazing. The bed is comfy and the pillows are to great. The breakfast is good and the best part is that it’s open from 7:30am -12midday. I couldn’t believe it myself! The food is good with a range of rice porridge, fresh fruit, noodles, boiled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, youtiao (dough stick bread), vegetables, cereal and a range of desserts. They have a selection of coffee, tea and juices. There’s also a self service laundry area and open roof top area with a pool.

Excellent service, very helpful front desk people. We love the free noodle, ice cream and drink time between 8 pm to 10 pm.

I have no idea whether or not overseas people can see all these reviews. I just post! I like this hotel much. It first time for me and my bf stay as well, we did stay here around 1wk It is not that ex, It's worth every penny you spend I feel there is a mini gym, washing machine and dryer x2 each. rooftop canteen and bar, and mini pool. u can have a damn nice view of this city, esp during the sunset period over the bar or pool area. The hotel do supply breakfast which includes local food, Chinese food, and western diet, salad, fruits, desert, milk, coffee machine. the TV also can change to English which is very friendly to all foreigners if no idea which hotel u want to stay, do try this !!! ( I no have much photos as I'm kind of a "lazy" people)

The hotel location is perfect for a leisure trip, as it's ＜5 mins from the emerald/green lake (翠湖), which itself is within walking distance of several attractions in Kunming. The service at the hotel is outstanding, with the staff forthcoming in providing advices and fulfilling our requests from bedguards to extra water bottle. Shout out to xiaozhi (小智）and xiaozhu (小朱), who always greeted us with a warm smile and gave us some local snacks to try! The room was the best part of the experience, very high quality furnishings and a chic atmosphere, with panoramic view of the city to boot. Will definitely recommend friends and families to stay here if they find themselves in Kunming!
