Good location. About 15 min walk to Kumamoto castle. Below is a shopping mall with a supermarket. However hotel does not provide coffee and tea.

They are usually placed inside the drawer over the refrigerator or directly next to coffee maker. If by any chance you stay with us in Kumamoto, please do not hesitate to ask to our front staff.

Greta location, clean with everything. Good storm shower with large toilet. Nearby parking. Bear to main walking street and situated within a shopping mall

The hotel situated right above Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. You can access different kinds of bus service without going outdoor. Luckily enough for assigned to a room with Kumamoto castle view.

Perfect location at heart of Kumamoto, full of retail and dining facilities nearby; But slightly indirect circulation (Take lift to mall 2/F, then take shuttle lift to 10/F hotel reception, then take lift down to hotel room floors) Room quite small but comfy, luckily with a view of Kumamoto Castle Parking at affiliated carpark, with discounted fare for hotel guest ($1200yen)

Very good , also very friendly to handle 2 cases, adapter issue and key card issue . Very good location for going to other spots and the ASO Airport

Very central location at the shopping mall but it is difficult to enter the hotel as mentioned by other reviews. Great amenities provided at the hotel lobby- hair oil and bath salts! Room was clean and spacious. Overall a great experience.

The way to the hotel make me confuse , because front lobby was on 14floor but l love that they have discount 1200yen for parking car opposite the hotel

It’s a very clean and spacious hotel room. We got a room with a view so that’s a bonus! It’s located inside a mall, could be difficult to find it but it’s definitely convenient! You can find anything you want in that mall! 😌

Hotel was great! It was spacious and location was superb! It was a bit tricky to find but if you do some homework it’s easy! Great mall and food options just downstairs we loved it !

Location is good, right next to a shopping mall. However, for a four-star, I can’t believe it doesn’t have a safe in the room and water is charged at 100 yen per bottle which is rare to see this in a four-star hotel in japan.
