Nearby Ramen shop and 7-11, few mins to tram station and very good location and easy to get there by walking to the very famous street in kumamoto!! It is the second time to live here!!! Enjoyed the hot bath this time!!

Great place, very convenient. The only downside is they make you check out each day. Not a big deal but it was a minor irritation.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Sleeping pods are very comfortable and spacious. Though there are some issues in the booking but the front desk lady sorted that out quickly. Very helpful.

I think it was the biggest disappointment so far. The hotel is fine if you stay for one night. But more — I doubt it. For example, it is mandatory to leave at 10:00 even if you stay for more than one night. You can pay 1500 yen, but it literally gives you nothing. You can’t use sauna and sento. You received no additional service or amenities. Even sleeping is hard — the staff changes sheets. Next, people actually live in this capsule hotel. It means they get up very early, loud, alarm clocks, etc. Finally, the locker room is super tiny. There is little space. No benches. Definitely will not stay again. Good sides — the staff is polite, and you can store your luggage at the counter. Actually, you must, but people still carry their luggage upstairs.

It was very safe and clean. Plus it has a public vapor pool and sauna. Just be careful with the check out, you must check out every day at 10am other than that it was perfect.

Small-scale youth hostel, good location, convenient to the pedestrian street in the city center. The bathhouse has only 6 bathing places and a small bathing area. Not suitable for staying for two or three consecutive days. You can only stay from 3 to 10 pm every day. During this time at noon, the front desk staff must go out, otherwise there will be an extra charge.

The soundproofing is not good. Although everyone has a separate cubicle, there is no separate locker area, so the noise of people taking things is very loud. The front desk staff does not speak English very well. When I checked in on the second night, the front desk staff told me that someone who claimed to be my friend took my room key, which was quite scary. Later I found out that this person was the resident next door, but I didn't know her at all.

Since it was a capsule type, it was a little inconvenient when it felt hot inside the room, but it was very clean and it was nice that the large communal bath had a sauna and a cold bath.

The atmosphere is Asian, like the old hotels in Taiwan and Hong Kong. However, the bathroom was clean, so it's a good value for money for those who just want to sleep. It's within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle.

If you stay on a weekday, the number of guests is less and it's more comfortable. It's also reassuring that there is a women-only floor. My room in Type A also had a desk and desk lamp, so it was great for business travelers.

The reclining seats are not always available for overnight stays. The toilets could be cleaner! It's a matter of etiquette for the guests, but there were many people who came inside in their slippers, and also people with shoes on, which was quite unpleasant. It was a shame!

I'm very grateful that there are capsule hotels in Kumamoto, but the sound of the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep very well. I hope they improve it.

I was shocked by its capsule appearance, but it is actually a normal hotel. It has ordinary towels, toothbrushes, etc., and we can provide as many clothes hangers as you want. The room is quite large and comfortable, but you need to push the bed a little to put your luggage better. The location is near Sakuramachi and Shimotori. It's very convenient for eating and shopping. The only way to go to JR station is to take the light rail. But overall it's a good hotel and great value for money.
