Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The service was impeccable, and a special thanks to Tuffy at check-in, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Staff were very nice. Room is abit stuffy but overall a nice experience staying in the hotel

The bathroom is a bit worn out. Apart from that everything is good. We lost a bag with very important documents in a taxi and the staff in the hotel helped to trace the taxi driver and get it back within an hour. We really appreciate the help. I would give the service six stars if the system allows!

We arrived late and they had no rooms left so they upgrade us. The upgrade was in another building and half way we were left alone and told that was straight. The building had the lights off and the entrance and the elevator too hard to find. Maybe need the service to take you to the elevator at least? The room was clean and the breakfast was ok! Hope next time we have more luck with a professional service.

I had a nice staycation at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was happy that they allowed foreigners as many hotels in Beijing are not taking foreigners since the Pandemic. The location was ok as it was in the area as my university, and I did not want to go far from campus. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, and there was always an English-speaking staff member at reception on duty. All you must do is ask for an English-speaking staff member. There is a lounge area where you can order snacks and drinks (this is also the same menu for room service). By the way you must request for the room service menu directly from reception and they will send someone to your room to take the order. There is also the option to pre-order breakfast to have in the room each evening. There is a traditional Chinese Tea House on the premises for any who are looking for some cultural emersion. There is also a Chinese barbeque right outside the hotel and you can charge the bill to your room, which I found convenient. The gym is small but has most equipment and the pool is indoor. However, it is also used for swimming classes for kids which is inconvenient. Too many children and too much noise. The breakfast was nice. A mixture of Chinese and Western cuisine. Dinner is buffet and a la carte. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The spa was unfortunately closed. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it for the price point it has.

The location is excellent. The hotel is relatively clean and tidy. It is an old hotel, quite satisfactory. Overall it is very good. There is a dedicated laundry room, which is very convenient for business people.

Very good, excellent location, convenient transportation, snack bars, easy to hail a car when going out, very close to Yansha Shopping Center!

In a five-star hotel room, there are still some bones that no one knows what they are eating. The card given by the front desk is an electric card that can't open the door at all. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came to open the door. I called the front desk three times before they came to open the door. I'm really crazy! I don't know how long the door lock has been used, and it has not been opened smoothly once.

The house is very nice and my wife and children are very satisfied with it. We stayed there for three consecutive days. On one of the days when we had a meal at the hotel, the hotel also gave the children a portion of sea cucumber as a gift, which added a lot of warmth to the busy holiday.

The family went out to play for several days. There was a problem with the order after going to the front desk. LindaXu, the front desk, enthusiastically recommended the most cost-effective order to me and patiently answered my questions. The hotel room environment is also good. Great👍🏻
