Breakfast spread is very good. Location is superb. Walking distance to Carpenter Street, Top Spot Eating place. Juz directly opposite Waterfront.

Express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at this hotel. Upon checking into Room 1521, we quickly discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Maintenance was called, but despite their efforts, the issue persisted. After waiting with no follow-up from reception, I had to visit the front desk personally to escalate the matter. We were then moved to Room 1029, but the air conditioning in this room was also inadequate, making it difficult for me to sleep due to the room’s warmth and the loud noise from the unit. Additionally, the air conditioning appeared to be leaking and emitted an unpleasant smell, which I suspect was due to a lack of maintenance. There were also other inconveniences during our stay. We found that the bathroom had issues with the plug, and both bath towels and hand towels were missing, requiring us to call and request them. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Best view in Kuching. Great location. Overall, my family enjoyed the stays throughout.

The hotel is very well located, in front of Waterfront so it is very easy to walk around. Very very centric. The breakfast is full of options, a very good one. The only problem that I got was during the check-in, I arrived at 3pm when the check-in is at 2pm onwards. The room was not ready and they made me wait for 1h more, once I got the room, they keys didn't open the door for three time so they took 1h more to fix the problem. After that, everything was smooth

Receptionist was more keen to answer phone ringing rather than serving guest standing infront of him that came waiting before the phone rang. Other than that, all were satisfied.

Strategic location & centre of city The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful during my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

Riverside Majestic Astana Wing has always be the favourite place for my department to check in whenever we are in Kuching. Cozy and spacious room, very strategic location, delicious breakfast and I think there is nothing to complain about 😃 It’s always 5/5 for us! Oh yes, the price is very affordable as well! Compatible with the Government rate.

Breakfast was fantastic with a nice river view. Lobby Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff very polite and I their smile was Cheer me up my day.

When check in time, it's took long time. Waiting for house keeping.

Good location. The maintenance can be improved as the building is getting old. Great view if you get the river view rooms.
