This hotel abit rundown especially the car park area.  Disable carpark being park by non-disable owner. 

Warmth n smooth check in n out.. The staff were friendly n helpful.. My 1st time here.. Perfect location, close to all the shops n restaurants.. The hotel itself is beautiful n clean.. I would definitely stay here l again..

Strategic location, parking space was provided and shopping more just around the corner !

Have black stain at quill, i am ao disappointed with the service, the women at receptionist with bad face give me bad service and the room old stuffs, have black stain everywhere invluding toilet

I travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.

It’s a nice hotel with spacious and comfortable room. EastCoast Mall is just at the opposite and within walking distance. Near to Teluk Cempedak. Recommended!

One of the best hotels in Kuantan, spacious room, quiet, clean and provides complimentary indoor parking.

Reception/main entrance: there's a few place have water leaking from the ceiling. Need to improve reception interior. Room: clean, just nice. Bathtub clean and still can be use to dip in. Swimming pool: staff incharge thst time so helpful and polite. Clean place. Location: in front of mall. Easy access parking.
