Staff good but room not clean,no bin in toilet only small one near bed. No restaurant or mart around hotel.

Below of the toilet seat is dirty, no rack for soap even no soap is provided. You have to climb stairs to room at level 3.

the sheets are dirty and there are lizard droppings.. the service counter is zero, there is no one when we want to check out and we as customers have to find a staff.. iron doesn't bother saying we can't get it and had to wear a hijab last night
