Pphendys88Overall my favorite hotel when i travel to Kedah but somehow i sense the reception male guy was not being friendly and professional enougjt to handle customers during check in.. sour face with arms crossed after handed over room key.. he could be more attentive when asking for credit card password but rather nust handed over the machine with no eye contact or any communication

SSiti Faziahlast minute booking, but I am glad I booked this hotel because of good location, very clean and good customer service. very near to eateries ie mixue, kfc, familymart and a lot of food stalls. The room a bit small but still managable. Limited parking provided (only 5 lots), otherwise have to pay

Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying.
We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it.
Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train.
Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel.

NnadiaThe location is great which is near to gunung jerai. Accessible to all the near roads. Have family mart , mr diy and night market so you can buy foods from family mart or night market to eat in the hotel.
I actually dont mind much since it is a cheap hotel but what shocked us was the cleanliness. The toilet was super clean. The staffs were helpful . They also have wifi.
I would suggest anyone to consider this if you want a cheaper alternative. The parking is free.

Good location near Jalan Dewa eatery but too close to road junction, have lot motorcycle and lorry sound midnight sleeping time.

GGuest UserBrutally honest review from me. I'm not saying this hotel is bad but it just that I felt unsatisfied with what I got. I requested room with window but didn't get. It was fine . No issue. What bothered me was , the room that we got, it was quite small and not really enough space for muslims to pray comfortably. Tv not really working. For the toilet, had to flush 2-3 times. The room's cleanliness was not really ok. But overall , I would say my experience here .. ok lah . Not great. But ok :)
