We need to buy on the spot, the hotel breakfast is good if compared to swiss avenue but location is a bit far. In conclusion, we highly recommend if you look for good quality room and breakfast ignoring the location.

ZZaid idrisThis hotel is close to the hospital beach and not far from Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital. The rooms are beautiful and tidy. I can say that the facilities are complete. There is also an elevator. There are many restaurants and cafes around. If you want to go to Amanjaya Mall, just take a nearby Grab. Can come again. Thank you.

SSherly_TravellerI had a pleasant stay at Swiss Avenue Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby amenities. However, I noticed that the floor could have been cleaner, as there was some dirt. Also, the shampoo provided was quite watery, so it might be worth improving the quality. Additionally, only one lift was in operation, leading to long waiting times, as the other lift was under maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better!

Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying.
We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it.
Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train.
Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel.

AAnonymous UserCheck in was smooth,the staff at front desk counter was welcoming and smile..everything was working fine and acceptable..the mattress just fine and i able to sleep well..the issue here is just that the floor looks like it wasnt even sweep and mop for a long time..just when i step barefoot in the room,my sole instantly become black due to dirt and dust from the floor....water pressure from the bidet also slow ..
