The worst receptionist and manager at there, close the check counter at 10pm, when called no answer. Then how i am supposed to verify my check in timing and ask details. The best part, when went there, the security guard has to phonr on the manager where he is staying there itself. After 20 mins he came down n was told bookings under trip is no more available, then WTH you all still inside trip.com. stupidity beyond sky limits. He just told me off ask trip.comto refund n walked off, i mean like seriously!!!. Its either the trip.com take this hotel out from the app , if not u all gona look very2 bad in the public eye, im avid user of this app, but my patience tolerance is a peak. I wouldnt mind to make a nuisance out of this matter . Thank you

Experience The overall experience was outstanding, thanks to the apartment's cleanliness, spacious layout, and home-like atmosphere. The comfortable furnishings and well-designed space created a relaxing environment, perfect for both short and long stays. Services The services provided were efficient and well-organized. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any inquiries were promptly addressed.

We booked a total of 4 rooms ( two twin and two double). Hotel arranged for 2 connecting rooms and for all the rooms to be on the same floor. Love that they took the initiative to do this. Check in was fast and hassle free. Hotel service is excellent and room is big compared to another hotel within the same mall.

It's our 1st time to stay in this Hotel even though we used to stay in Amari Watergate but now it's just called Amari Bangkok whenever we went to Bangkok, Thailand. A very quiet hotel in a peaceful location maybe it's a weekend! Still a very new & very nice hotel. Nice and very clean room we had at 15th Floor, 1509! Great breakfast with good spread, delicious foods & friendly staff. Nice swimming pool though we didn't swim! Very Happy to come back again for our weekend staycation to this hotel as it's just a walking distance to Garden & MidValleyMall and to LRT Station, Abdullah Hukum. Somehow, whenever I switched on the TV, it greeted me with a wrong name maybe the previous customer! Luckily, it's a man's name, otherwise my wife maybe suspicious😂😂😂!

Very nice location with 3 shopping mall and 1 train station and 1 Metro nearby. Only few kilometres away from tourist areas. Room are clean, and service is good and fast. I really like the idea by using glass bottle to replace plastic bottle for drinking water, thanks for your donation for the environment Change and cancellation policy is not so friendly for unplanned travellers

First time staying here and it was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the facilities such as gym, pool, multipurpose space and game room. They also provide hot/cold water dispensers on every floor. The rooms are satisfactory with comfortable bedding, clean sheets, hair dryer, very small kitchen, proper fridge. One complain is the shower area - there is no door between the shower and the sink/ toilet area so expect the whole toilet floor to be wet. The lighting in the corridor and rooms are dim too. Location is about 5min drive to KL Midvalley and convenient as another mall Gateway is 5mins walk from hotel. Parking is charged at RM6/ entry/24 hours.

The hotel shows its age, but things are still functional. Comfortable bed in fact. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue—there were crumbs on the chair upon entering. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, but this was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk. Parking is available, though it’s a bit confusing to navigate if you’re unfamiliar with the layout. It costs 5RM per entry, and validation is self-service through TNG card, which might be inconvenient for some. This wasn’t my first choice of accommodation, but it was offered as an alternative. While the hotel has its shortcomings, it’s adequate for a short stay if you’re not too particular. However, improvements in cleanliness and better guest assistance would make the experience more satisfactory.

Stayed at this hotel recently, and even though it's only two months old, everything was well-run. Check in was smooth, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I love the room layout-separating the shower and toilet is such a thoughtful touch, and having the basin outside makes it even more convenient. Breakfast was good, they have a fresh pressed juice machine, which is a great addition, and their kuey teow goreng and mee goreng were so good. Location wise, it's just and 11-minute walk to Bangsar Village Mall. Great option for business travelers since it's close to KL Eco City, Bangsar South.
