I booked for the view of twin tower, however what I got is Menara KL. Cleanliness good. There is no safe box inside the room. If you need an extra amenities, you need to scan the QR code to place the order and they will send to your room. My room light flickering, and they sent the technician asap to rectified the issue. Hairdryer on and off, and they able to replaced it asap. Walking distance to MRT station as well as Twin Tower. Convenience stores just next to the building. Don’t have a chance to use the swimming pool as it’s raining during our stayed. One thing that I feel disappointed is the sound proof very bad. Can hear all the vehicles honks and those mat rempit. Very noisy. Even middle of the night also still can hear. It’s loud and clear. Can’t really sleep . Other than this, everything was good. Hoping they able to do something with it.

Hotel: A hotel with a very convenient location near the metro and monorail. Couriers deliver food to the lobby, you need to go down. Convenient 24-hour check-in. You can leave a deposit in Thai baht (4000 baht) if you came from Thailand, like us. This condominium has a great gym and a rooftop pool, the roof offers incredible views of the city and all the city's attractions. No need to buy tickets to the observation decks in the KL Tower or Petronas Towers. You can enjoy the wonderful view every evening without a time limit. The roof closes exactly at 22:00. You will not be able to go in later. Room: The room is very spacious and free. Clean. At the entrance, we were met with 2 bottles of water. The apartment was cleaned every day. The apartment has 3 air conditioners. Cons of the room: - There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The drying in the washing machine does a very poor job - After moving in, we had a leak in the tap, but the staff quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves after the repair work. Everything was clean and dry.

The hotel is in the center of the city, opposite the infinity pool is klcc, and the scenery is great, so it is recommended to go and see it. Whether swimming or not, the surrounding area is also very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to klcc. The handsome guy at the front desk is very friendly. The straight hair board I brought didn't have a suitable socket, which helped me solve the problem and gave us a lot of help enthusiastically. We checked in late, one hour late on the day of check-out, and finally we were exempted from extra fees. We stayed for four days, and everything was fine.Specially come to comment and recommend it to everyone.We will come again! !🤩

Great accommodation with beautiful view and nice facilities. Like an appartement. The only thing you need to get accustomed to is there is no regular lobby for check in or inquiries….but the what’s app contact is very nice and they will send an employee asap to take care of your demands. Very secure facility as well with security guards. Highly recommended

Very satisfied during our stayed. The host respond very quick and the upgraded my room for free as i came with my 2 child. Room very clean and spacious with nice view. Definitely will come again.

In general, a good option. We were quickly settled. The apartment is nice. The pool, the windows and the sun beds are a little dirty, it was not very comfortable to be in. But it has nothing to do with the apartment. There are not enough small items for life (salt and oil), but this is also not important. There is a washing machine and a good air conditioner. The shops are very close. There is a deposit of 200 myr, it was returned to us in full.

There is an infinity pool on the 47th floor, and the night view is unbeatable at night. It is very beautiful, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers. The room is large, with a small kitchen and a washing machine with dryer. There is a Chinese customer service butler, and you can contact the butler every day to arrange for cleaning. It is very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, about a 10-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket and breakfast nearby. I will stay here again next time.

Room is clean, comfortable and big. Location is good 3 minute walk Conlay metro station. Longest and nice view Infinity pool at 51th floor. Garden is great.

The room is very big and the price/performance ratio is very high. It's a five-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. It's great to be able to book such an apartment room in the city center at this price. I will book it again next time I come to Kuala Lumpur
