The hotel is very easy to locate, and very friendly toward those who use public transportation since it’s right next to Bukit Nanas LRT station. Room is very clean and new with modern equipment and the skypool is nothing but a wonder! We had great time in the pool!

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed with a small balcony in the master bedroom. Lovely deep soaking tub. Fantastic views of KLCC from the infinity pool.

The hotel is very safe. You need to swipe to get on the elevator. There are four elevators, and it only takes one or two minutes to wait. I saw other comments saying that it is difficult to wait for the elevator. I guess I was impatient and said that. The lobby downstairs is also very good. The view of the infinity pool is very good. Because I have my own things in the room, I only took a screenshot and posted it. The room is clean and hygienic. I added the boss on WeChat and can communicate normally in Mandarin. I forgot to take the door card once, and he helped me in time. I am really grateful.

Tropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

We had a great experience overall with these apartments. The location is excellent — central, safe, and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with a great layout and a beautiful view. It’s a comfortable place to stay, and everything worked well throughout our time there. One thing we would like to note, however, is the 300 MYR cash deposit that was requested upon arrival. While we completely understand the need for a deposit — and it was fairly returned upon checkout — it would have been much better if this had been communicated clearly in advance. Not everyone carries cash, and in our case, it created an inconvenience as we had to leave to withdraw money right after checking in. A simple heads-up beforehand would have solved this. Other than that, everything was smooth, and we’d gladly stay here again in the future.

It is just a short walk from the Twin Towers. The room is high and more comfortable than ordinary hotels. It also has a balcony, which is very comfortable. The location is also within the pick-up range of a day trip, which is very convenient. The room is also very clean and the customer service response is also very timely!

The night view of the Twin Towers is outside the window. It is clean and the service is very good. Because the flight was delayed, we arrived very late. There is a barbecue and convenience store downstairs. Most importantly, there is an infinity pool. The children especially like it.

Recommended place if one is looking for a cosy stay in the heart of KL. This apartment is strategically located within a short walking distance from KLCC and all the attractions. I experienced quick check in and check out process assisted by a friendly helpful manager. Even quite disappointed after reading lot of bad reviews about tight driveway to parking space but it was bearable and it will not gonna be a reason for me to not staying again in the future.
