Location is great. Very convenient. But it's not a good experience for me. Poor cleanliness. There were small cockroaches in the bed, on the wall, in the toilet and on built-in cabinet. It's practically everywhere. We cannot sleep peacefully, last night. I've had it reported to reception but, unfortunately, the hotel is full so they just suggested to send housekeeping and just spray on them which didnt help either. So yeah, charge to experience. Stay at your own risk.

The hotel is not far from the KL Sentral Station, so you can walk and take the transport easily. The hotel may be a bit old, but it is still comfy to stay. Overall, it is quite good.

The hotel room air conditioner and hot water are run perfect, room abit smelly due to furniture aging i guess. The breakfast are worth and been improved alot although basic but you get more than what you been paid. I will recommend to stay this hotel. Opposite hotel Nu sentral food courts nasi kandar are cheap and delicious.

If only one elevator is working, the waiting time will be a bit long. Breakfast needs to be improved. But it is worth mentioning that the location is suitable for me

The hotel has seen better days. The furniture and furnishings are old and worn out. Cleanliness hat lots to be desired. There were baby creepy crawlies in the bathroom. The main plus point is its location, just a couple of metres from KL Sentral Monorail station and many eateries. Good Internet, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Good location infront KlSentral Monorail end station. Guest parking flat rate RM6.00 Spacious deluxe room 903 corner room. Simple buffet breakfast but food is nice.

Location is just 650m to Kl Sentral by foot, surrounding there is a lot of food to eat. Opposite hotel is LRT station. Room is normal but for those just stay for a night to go airport next day, this is the perfect place.

The location is nice, not far from KL Sentral, we parked our car at the hotel and use the public transportation to everywhere. The room size is nice, has window, hairdryer, water dispenser and the iron area are outside the room. Breakfast selection is limited, have to clear the table by ourselves because the tables are not many and the staff is fewer, only one staff at the counter and the other staff is at the front door. Wi-Fi is slow sometimes Parking at the basement is not free. The receptionist said itโ€™s RM6 per entry. However, we paid RM20 for 2 days, we just parked the car there.
