I recently stayed from May 9th to 11th, 2025, in room 2327, and my experience was truly luxurious from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the bellman and doorman, whose smiles set a positive tone for my stay. I was then escorted to the reception, where KL Chong and Shafiqah assisted me. Both were extremely professional, displayed excellent attitudes, and provided detailed information about the hotel. I appreciated being granted an early check-in at 2 pm—thank you for your kindness. When I first entered my room on level 10 (I can’t recall the exact room number), I was initially disappointed by several defects. However, Adam and Yang, the duty managers, quickly turned my unpleasant experience into a wonderful one. Their high level of customer service truly made a difference—they are real gems. A special thank you to Manish for taking such good care of my room, especially the thoughtful towel decoration during the evening turndown service. I loved it very much. I also had the opportunity to visit the Club InterContinental. Thank you to Alilol and Munirah for their outstanding service. The food was excellent, and the team’s professionalism and grooming were top-notch. Finally, Kenny, the duty manager who assisted me during check-out, was professional, experienced, and genuinely friendly. His warm smile made my departure just as pleasant as my arrival. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such a memorable and luxurious experience.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Location is a bit far from the crowded places. There are MRT and LRT stations nearby.

Fantastic experience at InterContinental KL! The rooms were luxurious, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Perfect location for both business and leisure. Will definitely return!

Enjoyed our stay at Intercontinental. The service was great with friendly staff and the location was well placed for visiting the twin towers and shopping. Good entertainment also within walking distance.

The room is nice, close to tourist attraction but not noisy. I like the Japanese curry provided during the breakfast session.

InterContinental Kuala Lumpur made our honeymoon truly unforgettable with its blend of luxury, romance, and outstanding service. Our suite was beautifully decorated with stunning city views and thoughtful touches like rose petals and a welcome gift. Dining was a highlight, from the delicious sushi at Tatsu Japanese Cuisine to the varied breakfast buffet at Serena Brasserie. The outdoor pool, spa, and central location near attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers added to the experience. The staff’s warm hospitality and attention to detail made it a perfect romantic getaway that we highly recommend for couples.

The hotel location is convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to Suria KLCC. The room is spacious and cozy. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

A bit old hotel not as well maintained as other intercontinental Front door is big but facing a petrol adding machine that's make uncomfortable feeling

The hospitality at Intercon was great!!! Room was big enough 3 paxs as a family, and also the buffet breakfast was good too, staffs were great and helpful and had a smooth check-in, housekeeping was fast and clean!! Thumbs up… and LOCATION wise is one factor that I always considered when i travel, is a stone throw away from ampang pang and is easily accessible to klcc and also to the airport via klia express… great location will book again if im gg to kl the nxt time again!!!!
