Quick stay before my appointment..it's comfortable..safe..just that night, it was quite noisy with other guests..maybe foreigners but still its late at night and they are still playing and laughing loudly..quite disturbing for other guests to sleep..dats all

Booked this hotel for 2 nights, mainly due to sports event nearby for convenience. We paid for the junior suite, marvel heroes on the wall. Other than these 2 points, everything else was a disappointment. - bedsheet and pillow case was musty, not fresh and clean. Asked for fresh linen, still smelled the same - bunk beds were very dusty, not cleaned or changed, even the children didn’t want to sleep there or go up to play - toilet didn’t have partition nor shower curtain ie after shower the whole floor, toilet bowl area gets wet - there is no fridge!! even the reception will not help, we ended up having to finish up all the milk we bought at 1 go! - hot water dispenser in common area is always empty in the morning when it’s most needed! - tv control is broken, cannot even turn on tv at all - ac control doesn’t work, ac cannot be turned off, temperature is fixed. Cannot be adjusted! All in all, an appalling experience. This hotel has lots to improve on!

location is near merdeka mrt, near china town.... old hotel.... but still nice... clean 7/10 i think..... but its cheap and ok....

Check in was smooth, quite surprise because I read bad reviews bout it. Parking was RM6 but you gotta validate first. Room a bit pricey for a usual standard room. Bed was bit small.

The location is perfect. Very affordable. We loved our stay though the hotel is old and there are no amenities but since we are out most of the time we don't really need the amenities. Only problem i have is that the buffet breakfast was cold. There were food warmers but they were turned off. Also the food selections were very limited. Buffet breakfast was not worth it. Happy that they have bidet at this hotel though

smooth check up, the room was clean. amenities like toothbrush, shampoo and body gel is provided. this hotel is muslim friendly as prayer mat was provided. the location is strategic as it is located near to MRT Merdeka just 3 mins by foot. overall was okay but only this room has no soundproofing.

Very impressed with the design of the hotel. My second visit, and it’s still well maintained. Kudos to the management team! Location strategic, just 8 mins walk to Petaling Street; a must visit place for a tourist when they come to Kuala Lumpur

One of the 3rd class hotel in kulalumpur. Management Behaviour is so poor. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – No Refund, No Support I had a terrible experience with Hotel Olympic, Kuala Lumpur. I booked the hotel and paid in full in advance. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip. I contacted the hotel well in advance to cancel the booking and request a refund. To my shock and disappointment, the hotel management refused to cancel the booking or provide any refund — not even partial. They were completely unhelpful and rigid, showing no empathy or understanding of the situation. I ended up losing 100% of my payment, even though I never used the room. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. A good hotel should prioritize customer service, but sadly, Hotel Olympic failed on every front. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re booking here, be warned — they take your money and don’t care what happens after.

**As someone working in hotel management and a frequent traveler who often stays in Kuala Lumpur hotels, I sincerely cannot recommend this property. This is by far the worst and filthiest hotel I’ve encountered!** We stayed in Room 323, and upon stepping out of the elevator, we were greeted by an overpowering foul odor in the hallway. The room itself was visibly rundown—facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The TV didn’t work, the showerhead was broken, and the water temperature couldn’t be adjusted, making it impossible to even take a proper shower. For RM160/night, there are far better options in the area—this hotel isn’t worth the price. The soundproofing was also terrible; we were woken up early in the morning by noise from the nearby rail transit. 我作为一个酒店管理层，也作为一个很常在吉隆坡居住酒店的旅行者 真心不推荐这家酒店，这一间酒店是我见过最糟糕最肮脏的酒店！我们居住323房间 当我们踏出电梯抵达楼层可以闻到一股非常难闻的味道 房间设施很明显一看老旧破败不堪 电视机使用不到 花洒破旧 而且温度更不能调整 根本无法好好的冲凉 马币Rm160 可以选择更好的酒店没必要选择这一间 而且隔音效果真的很不好 起早八早已经被快铁吵醒。 帮我翻译英文
