Extremely central and convenient location. Macs is across and within walking distance to twin towers. Wish there were hangers or drying rack as we couldn’t hang out clothes at all after washing. It’s not practical to bring our own drying rack. Wish there was tissue paper too as it’s quite surprising there wasn’t any. Didn’t understand the lift system initially as there were no buttons to press. Kept thinking I was in wrong lift. When we were there, there are groups of men hanging around which makes female travellers feel a bit uneasy. Other than these, everything else was perfect.

An incredible stay at the Penthouse! Never slept so high in my life! Incredible private towering views over the gorgeous KL skyline! The apartment itself is perfectly equipped with a beautiful terrace and hot tub! Wish I didn’t have to leave!

Great location but room has an unpleasant smell. Overall everything is fine.

Hotel located in prime area and spacious rooms. But no lobby available for waiting. No lobby boy available for shifting luggages and guiding the room location.Sometimes reception is empty without receptionist. No storage area is available in case if you want to checkout and wait.

There are cockroaches in the room, the hygiene is very poor, the sheets, quilts, pillows and pillows are all black. After staying for two days, they don't clean and change the supplies. It's too rubbish.

No windows, no ventilation, everything else is very good, the hotel staff are very responsible and enthusiastic

Very nice and luxurious apartment with exceptional unbelievable views from the room. I stayed on the 52 floor. The location was very convenient. City centre . Remember they need deposit and they give it when check out. I highly recommend for family. You can easily accommodate 4 people
