The hotel’s location is excellent, close to popular attractions and easy to access. However, the room was disappointing – it felt unclean, and I had to kill a few baby cockroaches during my stay. With better cleanliness and attention to detail, this place could be a much better option. View from pool is awesome

Amazing location at downtown KUALA LUMPUR, near to basically everywhere. room is neat, service was also very good, will definitely come back, recommend to everyone.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I vist Malaysia. They are located near KLCC and you can easily walk to Metro station.

Facilities quite good.Service lalso nice but we have to pay 150 MYR for early morning check in at 6AM 😥. I think check in time is very late.Breakfast is buffet but not many choice .Rooms are cleans enough.

The apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to Suria KLCC which makes it really easy. They also have the drop off/pick up point for cars off the road and so it’s easy with the kids and luggage. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. You have to remember to turn on the water heater at least 15 mins before you want a shower or bath but as long as you do that, the water is hot. The TV in the sitting room is a smart TV and so you can watch Netflix and Disney Hotstar if you have accounts. The breakfast is very basic and if you get there after 9 they will likely have run out of some of the options. It was good enough though for our needs although if you have kids who like something particular, I would bring it with you and we bought coffee down the road because it really wasn’t nice. Overall, it suited our purposes and I would stay here again.

My child 2years old incidentally hit by coffee table (very unstable and not suitable to be put in family suite), and admitted to hospital for t&s. I called for first aid at the first place from hotel but was told not available and need to wait for one hour. I decided to bring hospital immediately as the wound at right foot oozing with blood and i just applied tissue with direct compression. This issue already informed to manager and they apologised for this matter with a bit compensation. Hope this problem not recur in the future

Location was great to KLcC or Bukit Bintang Was a hidden gem b4 with the previous name... But sadly, maintenance is not up to par Cob webs can be spotted at edges... Breakfast was a surprise ... Didn't manage to snap any pic .. but still worthy to stay

The rubbish was transported using guests lift. Terrible

The guest corridor smelled so bad that it felt like it was in desperate need of renovation. Upon entering the room, there was a lingering smoke smell, the shower was full of mold, and the air vent was caked with dust. Spider webs adorned the corners of the ceiling. When we requested extra towels, they were all stained with brown marks. We complained about the issues and were told that the manager would get in touch with us, but we never heard back. To add to our stay, we even found a lizard in the wardrobe area on our last evening.

Room quite spacious, clean & tidy. near to KLCC 10 mins walk, Pavilion 15 mins walk. but breakfast tak dahsyat mcm hotel2 lain sekadar nasi goreng, 2 lauk, sosej+chicken slice, pisang, cereal, roti2. pilihan air hanya orange & pineapple juice, mesin kopi.

Room: The hotel room was spacious & cool. The bed was nice. But my toilet has a water leaking problem at the bidet. Anyway, the bathtub was great! Amenities: I enjoyed the rooftop pool with KL tower view and its clean. Nice! Breakfast: Can be improved, only got options just nasi goreng, cereals, pastries, breads. Paid rm40 for an add on breakfast for 1 pax but personally I dont feel worth it. But I enjoy the rooftop breakfast view.
