Very nice location, near to Lrt kerinchi, can walk by link near the hotel ,5 mins walk from hotel to Lrt kerinchi. Room was clean and nice.,recommended 😍

There is parking for hotel guest and it is free! Rmbr to do validation every time when going out from hotel.  We reached by 135pm unfortunately been told can only check in by 3pm as the room is not ready yet. After checkin we were impressed by the room as it was so spacious and with excellent city view. The room is clean and equipped with all the necessities. I love the bathtub facilities and I can spent my chill times soaking in it. If you like to have some good experience you can buy your own bubble bath as the hotel doesn’t provide any. After that we head to Midvalley which ten minutes away from the hotel. The hotel has shuttle bus service but cost RM10 per pax. We end up walk to the mall as the hotel is also near to the Kerinchi LRT station and it is just one station to reach Midvalley. However please do not walk to the station ALONE as the way is quiet with no ppl wandering so it might be dangerous if walking alone. The next day we had our breakfast at the hotel. I would say the choices of food aren’t that up to my expectations, but all the food that I had are tasty! So overall had a good breakfast experience there. After that we rest for half an hour and then head to Level 4 and get some time swimming. The swimming pool is not very big and the water is so cool.

Room is spacious and facility is consider good. Iron is provided together with the iron board in each room. The breakfast have variety of food, recommended to book room together with the breakfast, cheaper than adding on seperately. Parking provided, dont need to worry to find spot.

Friendly staffs... However hygiene need to be improved. Was bitten by bed bugs... had a very bad skin allergy and itchiness after 2 days of staying.

The location is incredibly convenient for the places I plan to visit, and the hospitality is exceptional. The buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes are seamless. This is my fifth time staying here, with two of the bookings made through Trip.com.

Room was ok Location - need to drive out, not walking distance to any malls or LRT Breakfast - great varieties and food is good Service staff - could be better. I arrived at 2:15pm and staff said they are cleaning the room. I checked again at 2:45pm, they said still not done. I checked at 2:55pm, still cleaning. I asked how long do i need to wait? Do you just have 1 room available for me? Immediately, the room is ready 🌚 Room carpet and parquet had a hidden sharp thing, my girl feet was injured middle of the night and bleeding due to this. Feedback to Duty Manager and wasn’t very impressed with his reply. I sincerely hope you can check your room properly, to avoid such incidents.

I have been to a lot of 4- 5 star hotels for staycation every weeks. This hotel has a good potential if they improve more on their service and cleanliness. Found a few hairs on the bath tub and floor. Room smell like cigarettes. But kudos for the staff. They are friendly but i wish waiter at the link restaurant can be more alert and friendly. Choice for the breakfast buffet is good. I truly love the bread pudding. Marvellous 😍Overall, 3/5.

I check in around 130pm & then I get room upgrade from deluxe to junior suite for free. The duty manager very good & the staff also very good this hotel before is Pullman Bangsar but already change to this new branding hotel

Affordable hotel but can see it is starting to looking age. Overall a pleasant stay and staffs are courteous.

Cleanliness need to improve. Room services need to improve. Concierge services need to improve. Food was good. Reception was good. Location near with universiti malaya & bangsar. Overal was okay.

Near LRT University station , just 10minutes off to Bukit Bintang

Pros  Very friendly staffs Got own bus trip to Midvalley mall Cons My room has kind of leaky shower and only goes to warm temperature, however still managable.  Very tight parking spots.  Breakfast was average. Swimming pools are tiny. Though very near to Midvalley distance wise, it do take almost 20min , due to heavy traffic

Location was great. Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Close to the meeting place. Convenient for solo traveller. Cleanliness could be better
