Good location. The apartment was clean when we arrived, however cleaning service wasn’t included in the rate (we didn’t realize when we booked, not a big deal). We booked 1 week first, then realized we needed to stay longer and although it was sold out on the app, they allowed us to stay in the same unit. That was great! Self check-in/out, extremely easy. Nice amenities, large pool with Jacuzzi. The pool floor wasn’t always top clean, but we loved it! Kids had a great time. Gym was clean and not crowded. Yoga room and barbecue come with a fee - not cheap, so we didn’t use it. Communication is very easy, via WeChat/WhatsApp. Things to improve: there is no room to store luggages once you check out. No slippers. No water, no extra toilet paper in the room. We had to ask toilet paper every other day, because they would give us only 2 rolls at the time. Although we were at 36th floor, traffic can get pretty noisy in the late/early hours.

Hope to improve your parking access. Bcs the resident access cannot be used when entering the entrance. Need to wait for security to lift the barrier using their access card.

Everything was perfect..and great...host very helpful and responsive..with clear instructions way to check in and check out,house super clean and comfy, vibe like 5 stars hotel with spectacular view of KL city especially during night... highly recommended and will definitely come again in future...hopefully they can maintain all facilities and good service..

Nice place and family enjoyed it. It is right jn the middle of the town near to pudu market. 1 parking provided and easy to park. Guards r understanding.
