Location is acceptable and reachable via public transportation. Check in and check-out is fast. Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties

A high quality 5 star hotel located at the city centre. Very close to the Dutch square and the spots of the city.

I enjoyed my 5 nights stay here tremendously. This is a new hotel and it impressed me from the moment I stepped in. I was efficiently served by Ms Kai En at check-in. She briefed me clearly on all relevant details I needed to know for my stay and my room while wearing a great smile all the time! She also informed me if I was interested to try the hotel’s buffet breakfast I could come to reception to purchase it one day in advance so as to enjoy house guest discount. If walk-in on the day itself one would have to pay the higher public price. Thanks Kai En for her good consideration which I’m appreciative of. I have always like a nice smelling hotel and this is one. My room was always spick and span throughout my stay with all the necessary amenities. Good job to the housekeeping team. I tried the buffet breakfast on my last morning and the spread was huge. For the discounted price I paid I think it’s value for money. The buffet staff were also very wonderful in finding table, clearing table for the guests. I would like to highlight Mr Aqhmal who had served me very well and even personally made me a latte which was so smooth and delicious! In fact all the staff I met including the security staff were so friendly and greeted me with a happy smile. The swimming pool and the gym looked nice too but I was not free to utilise them due to my heavy schedule. I hope to have the opportunity to come back to this brilliant hotel with its fantastic staff in future!

Hotel service was extremely good and warm, all the front Desk staff were friendly and nice. We’re so surprised when we open the door we saw the decorations of birthday in our room as we’re there for birthday celebrations. If next time I visit KL will choose this hotel again!

Room is very spacious,is good for family. Added point is complimentary parking. For sure will repeat stay.

The buffet breakfast is the best one I ever had. The location is slightly far from city center but no problem at all with Grab, which is cheap. It’s nearer to the airport, 45min ride. Will definitely come back here when I visit KL again. Staff service is excellent. Also had dinner a la carte in the lounge. The food was a bit cold after transferred from 3/F but the steak itself was great.

I had an excellent experience at Courtyard Kuala Lumpur South. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby amenities and public transportation.

Big thanks to Kai En at the front desk for the anniversary room upgrade and lovely decorations — such a thoughtful gesture! The room was spacious and comfortable. Love the automatic curtains — just a button away! Note: they no longer provide bottled mineral water, but there’s filtered tap water in the bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection with local favourites like sambal sotong, roti canai, and teh tarik. The hotel is conveniently connected to a small mall with a supermarket, Family Mart, Coffee Bean, Mr. DIY, Guardian, and various food spots. Driving to Mid Valley is easy, and Grab is a convenient option too. Plenty of parking available. Still a solid choice for a KL stay!

This hotel is very nicely equipped. We got 4 huge towels and 4 mineral water. The building is attached to a mall with Family Mart and 4Fingers, making it easy to grab breakfast and snacks hehe. The building is new and clean. Ideal for a vacation with family. The hotel is also approximately 15 minutes from Bukit Jalil Stadium.
