Location wise great. You can walk to the train station . Room was a bit smelly the aircon needs cleaning because it emits unpleasant smell also the toilet was not properly clean. Urine smell thingy. The reception people are not approachable. Maybe they need training on how to handle guests . Pool has a nice view of the Petronas tower but because of the crowded area and a bit lack of space where you can lay down and relax, its not something that you’ll enjoy to.

Very spacious and clean rooms with kitchen and living room. The amenities are a bit basic for this level and the service is extremely slow. Be prepared to wait 15-20min for the return of your cash deposit (they warn you before so you can check out early enough if you are in a rush). The pool is amazing and has fantastic views but it had a strange chemical compound in it that unlike normal chlorine made it very acidic and almost impossible to swim in it, regular pH check would be advised.

Convenient location, clean and beautiful room, great view from the window and even more beautiful views from the pool.

The view from the apartment is beautiful, and there's so much natural light. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine. There's no front desk, so you have to contact the owner, but my Chinese is not good enough on the phone . The owner promptly added me on wechat and gave me instructions. The environment, cleanliness e.g., hallway can be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Room needs to be freshened up better. Service meet expectations and location is average. Nothing really to complaint but can be better. Overall, not a bad choice. Room make up is only in between 5pm to 7pm… so kinda of Inconvenient if u already back to the room. We have to skip 2 days room make up, instead just ask for fresh amenities instead…

My family really enjoy the trip there. The hotel is excellent. The room is spacious. The pool is fantastic.

This is a very nice hotel. The suite we stayed in was very large and had a lot of air conditioning to keep the room warm. The reception staff is polite and responsive. This has made my stay a perfect experience. In addition, the location of the hotel is very good, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers directly from the hotel rooms. The hotel has good hygiene and new facilities. The infinity pool upstairs is beautiful. I have been living in Australia for many years and think this is a very good hotel to travel in peace. One of my favourite hotel so far at KL. Best infinity pool with perfect view of Twin tower and KL tower. Although a bit crowded. Hotel room was big, with kitchen, dining area & living room. Best place to relax with family. I will book again and recommend this hotel. Location is good near Bukit Nanas train station.
