The place was so spacious. All the amenities are readily available. The view is spectacular. It is nearby all the tourist spots so easy to walk around.

Had a modern and spacious room with a great view of the KL Tower and City. The Hotel also had everything you could need, we especially enjoyed having a cocktail on the room by the pool in the evening.

Nice apartment. Swimming pool on the roof. Room is good. No toothbrush so bring your own View is great. Bed sheet I think kinda old and not so white anymore . Please vacuum under the bed sometimes : we found socks and a lot of dust/ dirt. But still recommend this l complex. Gym, pool, and other amenities in this building .

Everything was good. Can see merdeka 118 building. Definitely will come back.

pros- 1. immediate confirmation for last min booking 2. location is very strategic 3. night view superb 4. many choices of facilities cons- 1. dirty room from this owner. changed 3 rooms only found acceptable condition. 1 of the room's bathroom condition is bad, another room is full of cockroaches 2. customer service from this roomy is very unhelpful and rude, when i feedback the room condition to them they directly ask me canceled the booking without providing any solution. Luckily with the help of Trip.com customer service, i managed to change the room and have a good rest. The location of Ceylonz Suite is very good, but pls avoid the "roomy" owner.

The room is too good but Why was the toothbrush and toothpaste is not available in the room .thats was not good .

This is my second time staying with Ceylonz Suites by Roomy. I liked the view of the first time better but this time the room was enormous

Can't remembered how many times I've stayed in hotel, but definitely it's more than 5 times. Because the location is just strategic and convenient. There are bar street, restaurants, cafe and even shopping mall with walking distance. So definitely is a plus point for those travellers who doesn't drive.

The location is great. Easy to grab around though. The rooms was not very clean. We have children, thus needed the place to be clean. There are mops and brooms for you to DIY. The view at the pool and room is very good.

Clean and nice place

PROS: easy check-in, take a deposit in a currency that is convenient for you (they took 300 yuan), returned it upon check-out, no problems or checks. High floor. The room has everything you need (not a single plate). Comfortable mattress, good pillows. Public areas are super! Pool on the roof, warm, there is a bar there, great view, location is awesome. It's about 10 minutes to the metro, it's better to go to Bukin Bintang, it's easier to walk from there. CONS: It looks like these were apartments with a total area of ​​50 sq. m., which were divided in half by a plasterboard wall. The wall is very thin. The audibility is incredible, the quiet speech of neighbors is clearly understood, you can hear everything as if you live with them and there is simply no wall. Accordingly, you will hear absolutely everything that happens day and night. The apartments seem to be new, the kitchen fronts and appliances are covered with film (it is not clear why), the furniture in the room looks fresh, something must have leaked in the bathroom and the furniture is warped, the toilet seat is clean but must have been burned with cleaning chemicals and looks like it was dragged from a public toilet at the train station. The hair dryer is a toy, it takes half a day to dry something with it, plus it melted at some tenants' place, but the owners decided that it would do just fine and screwed it on with a bolt where it broke off. There is a cool large window the entire wall, under it there is a podium on which you can lie down and sit and enjoy the beautiful view, on the podium there are special soft pillows for comfort, BUT! They are in such a mess (dirty) that there was a fear of catching something from them, the staff realized that they were dirty and decided to turn them over, BUT! On the other hand, they are in the same mess (dirty). The podium itself is also dirty, no one bothers to wash it at all…. The walls are dirty, the towels are full of holes. I don't recommend it!

Convenient location, good view from the pool, rooms are a bit run down, bed is clean, towels could be replaced, overall a great option for a couple of days

This is my second visit to Ceylonz Suites but the first time I stayed in a room arranged by Rommy! Everything was very good. I had a great time staying with my friends this time! I will visit again in the future! The swimming pool requires clothing. I forgot to bring my swimsuit this time, I will definitely bring it next time!
