Location was good for shoppers, as it's very near to some of the major malls around in that area, but not ideal if plan to get to other places in KL as the traffic was quite busy. Check in wasn't as smooth as it should be. Room was small but comfortable. Sound proofing on the other hand, was very poor, as I could hear other guests shouting in the room, yelling in the isle ect... And, speaking from experience, it has one the SLOWEST and UNINTELLIGENT lifts installed in the hotel. It has 4 lifts, yet it took at least 3 ~ 4 minutes to get a lift, every single time I wanna go up or down from 35th floor.. Which is not a welcomed surprise as the building is relatively new. Amenities wise, well, not sure what's the point of providing a smart TV that couldn't connect to their own network.. So that's a big negative there.

Location location location! 5 mins walk to Pavi-Bukit Bintang shopping area and similarly to TRX. No fuss check-in after 3pm and check out at noon is speedy via the machines. The hotel is busy and may need to wait a while for the lifts but it’s manageable as long as you are not in a rush. Bathroom is clean, good water pressure with hot water. The room aircon is also quite cold & efficient. TV doesn’t really work but no need to watch TV, just see the nice views outside window. The sound proofing isn’t so good, can hear doors closing etc… all in all not a bad stay for the price! Good value for the location! No frills!

Good view. The lifts are very slow and need a lot of time to wait hope the hotel can improve the lift's speed or adjust more than 1 lift at the same time.

Good location, close to Pavillion KL but it is quite crowded at the lobby. You will need to press queue for checking in but they operated quite fast.

Very good location between TRX and Pavilion. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby was always crowded with tourists. The staff was friendly and room cleaning was done daily. Very good hotel with a superb pool view at level 37.

I had an outstanding stay at Sleeping Lion Suites—everything from the sleek, modern rooms to the rooftop infinity pool exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Pavilion Mall, TRX, and a vibrant array of restaurants and attractions

The location is near TRX and Pavillion. This hotel is very crowded. Everything you have to wait. Check in long queue and lift long queue. My room has a nice view. Facing TRX. Many restaurants are nearby.

Good location. A few mins walk to Pavilion! We checked in around 4-5pm so the line wasn’t too bad. My room was on the 31st floor so not much issue with the lift but if you stay on the lower floors you might be frustrated with multiple full lifts before you get to go in. Room is clean. Hairdryer and iron all works well. The infinity pool is pretty and a good place to chill.

Hotel is clean, room is neat and all the amenities are provided, but the tv is only for their local channels and we had a bad experience on their lift it was not working properly.
