Nice and large room with good facilities. Close to the twins tower

I'd recommend this place to those who needs to stay near Petronas Twin Tower as it is closer to everywhere

We were surprised to find multiple stains on the bedsheets, sofa and etc because there is a fine system in place by the team to remind previous visitors about the stains. Do note the RM 300 deposit required. On a positive note, the room is quite spacious for two people and offers good value for the price, though cleanliness could be better.

This is NOT the face suite, but a condo located in the same building. The room was huge while the furnitures were quite aged, and the cleanliness was okay. Wifi in the room was broken. You can get access to the gym and swimming pool on the top floor. As for the price, it was quite a bargain.

This time we booked a quad room, which was totally amazing. It was so beautiful. The gym, swimming pool, study, bar on the 51st floor... every area was carefully designed, clean and comfortable. It was really great.

The room is big, the receptionist is very enthusiastic, although he doesn't speak Chinese, but the paper reminder has Chinese and English translation, which is good. It's not the check-in at the hotel front desk, you need to call, then give the key and pay the deposit, which will be refunded when you check out. It would be better if the check-in reminder is in the check-in confirmation. The shower gel in the bathroom is not suitable, it smells bad. 51F is the sky pool, very beautiful

Overall, I am very satisfied. It is just that smoking is not allowed, which is a bit troublesome. And you must inform in advance when checking in, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time. In short, it is OK
