I'd recommend this place to those who needs to stay near Petronas Twin Tower as it is closer to everywhere

We were surprised to find multiple stains on the bedsheets, sofa and etc because there is a fine system in place by the team to remind previous visitors about the stains. Do note the RM 300 deposit required. On a positive note, the room is quite spacious for two people and offers good value for the price, though cleanliness could be better.

Friendly staff, Good location, nice facilities, value for money

This is NOT the face suite, but a condo located in the same building. The room was huge while the furnitures were quite aged, and the cleanliness was okay. Wifi in the room was broken. You can get access to the gym and swimming pool on the top floor. As for the price, it was quite a bargain.

The house is neat, comfortable and beautiful, complete with basic equipment. Will come again to stay here.. Will recommend to friends and family to stay here again

The apartments are a bit dirty - a greasy sofa, stains on the walls, and an unpleasant surprise was a cockroach in the bathroom. But there is everything you need, it is spacious, and the linen is clean. The admins are quick to contact, there is no reception desk, they meet you at the appointed time in the lobby. The building itself is occupied by a lot of people, so sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for the elevators. I have seen better views from the pool. The bar/restaurant on the same floor as the pool is useless - there is almost no view from the tables, and the prices are as if there is. Overall, considering the price, I would say it is ok, but I would not stay there a second time.

The view from the 51st floor is spectacular. I was able to take photos of the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers reflected on the surface of the pool. If you come here, you won't need to go up to the KL Tower. It's an open space with no glass windows, so it was very comfortable. There was a washer/dryer in the room, which was very helpful.

The hair dryer was rotten. I came back to wash my hair after a late night snack and found out that I could only wait for it to dry naturally. It was around 2 o'clock and I couldn't find anyone at midnight. I didn't go to bed until my hair was dry until almost 4 o'clock. I left a message for the housekeeper. It was said that the hair dryer was broken, so they rang the doorbell at 9 o'clock the next day to replace the hair dryer. They couldn't go to bed so late the night before, and woke people up early the next morning. The room was very smelly, with a strong smell and musty smell. The hygiene was average and the curtains were rotten. The shower gel and shampoo also smell very bad, like a sour smell, and cannot be used... The paper towels are all moldy. There are many Indians and Pakistanis in this apartment, and they are basically Indians and Pakistanis... You can't see both sides of the swimming pool. It's from Zita. I ordered it wrong. Ask for the apartment next door to the Petronas Towers swimming pool, No. 2. The deposit is more expensive than the house price, 300RM deposit, so much deposit is left on the last day...

The location is great, so convenient! Enjoy all that Malaysia has to offer

I liked everything. Great location. About 10 minutes walk to the towers. Nearby is Lulu, an area with good and cheap street food. The apartments themselves are large, yes, in some places they are already lived in, but there was a number. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a swimming pool with a view and a gym. There are a lot of people in the pool, the gym has very little equipment for training. The check-in process is simple and clear. There is a deposit, if nothing is broken or damaged, then it is returned. Which is logical. Be prepared for fines for damage to property.

Good location. The team is always in touch, they help as much as they can. Fast convenient check-in even late at night. Clean bed linen and towels. Fast internet. Good location, Petronas Towers on foot, supermarket nearby. Cons: no face towels; the frying pan is dirty with soot, had to buy a new one; the ironing board is small and the iron irons very poorly.
